Sales Cloud help me to maje rights decisions
What do you like best about the product?
sales cloud helps me keep my opportunities organized in a very simple way. I have alerts that remind me to follow up appropriately with my prospects and clients
What do you dislike about the product?
I would only add an improvement regarding the dashboards and filters that it allows me to have, only 3, I would like it to be expanded to 5
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps organize the sales process and allows quick and simple monitoring of the sales team's activities

Sales Cloud gives you the ability to take your team on a journey, from Lead to Opportunities and all the features between like Accounts, Contacts, Quotes, Products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have been working on Salesforce for 14 years and my clients have loved all the features, the ability to store important data and integrate with different systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is tracking Clients, sales and activities for my clients in my personal business but for the company I work for its an amazing platform that presents comprehensive data to a staff of people that help to keep companies running on a day to day basis.
Its a tool that the staff live and operate and its the go to system for data. Having the information at ones finger tips enable people to serve their customers and to insteal confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has made my life and all my field sellers life so much easier. We appreciate the ease of applying new opportunities, dynamic forms, so much more and opportunity for growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more possibilities for ease of customization and applying role changes. Also more ways to help build flows as it continues to grow. Flows can be utilized in every aspect too

Ease of tracking ipportunities; leads, meetings, events, cases and feedback

Mostly 'basic' things, eg. keeping track of our customers and opportunities.

It's an amazing ecosystem within the big SFDC galaxy, so friendly and designed to build sales tools for the business, which makes the whole process simple and lets the reps focus on what matters the most!

I would say the option to add some pop-up window with some help and instructions regarding the process that we as admins built.

Let me focus on what the business cares about and wants. Also, let me focus on one platform and build many solutions, allowing the business to focus on the business and grow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much visibility you get over all of the customers data and touch points. It allows sales teams to quickly leverage and reference the information to provide better service when working with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Salesforce has a lot of information for users and a hard way to cleanly present it. Unless you've been using it for a while, you really have to search for the information that you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving getting all relevant customer data into one place and centralizing how we can communicate with the customer. Any sales team member can answer the phone from a SF lead and know what conversations they've previously been a part of.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce helped our commercial team to digitize their daily work, and connecting to customers, built-in tools like chatter, email etc.. is became collaboration within the team more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration part and customization little bit complicated and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitizing the manual work, creating quotation to customers and getting approval process using approval matrix made data accessible from anywhere and anytime

We use Sales cloud for our Sales, Marketing and Customer success business functions primaraliy. We have numerous integrations to and from Sales cloud to other preipheral applications. It does the job of enabling these business functions to operate effeciently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking forward to how AI is being leveraged in identifying communication updates for Sales people, imporovements in customizations across all objects and improved integration experience to peripheral applications

Provides ability to enable Sales teams to effecitevely create opportunities, accounts, contacts for potential customers and compelte the buying journey for each customer.
