The best tool to collect and act on sales data
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive. It is easy to configure. My user experiance and adoption has increased drastically since we implemented this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The change set and deployment process could work more smoothly. It is difficult to find where in the system an email is coming from.
The classic email template creator is poor. I would like a more rubust email template tool.

The Sales Cloud continues to progress in the dozen years since we were first introduced. I look forward to the step change that is being introduced with the addition of Einstein1

It provides lots of built in functionalities to start with any application. And it is very to add more with tools such as Flows or Process Builder, approval process

A powerful platform for our sales department to manage all their accounts, contacts, opportunity, pipeline, and customers. Super user friendly interface that is really lightning fast and very easy to use.

Too many complex tasks still required help from developers.

Sales Cloud is the single source of truth for me. All my customers information, contacts, roles, opportunities are at the same place.

Keep things updated without an interface like Slack Elevate is pretty difficult when you are on the go and piles up back office activities that need to be filled later

Sales Cloud makes tracking deals and reporting on them very easy. All of our sales teams enjoy working in Sales Cloud

It can be daunting to new users so proper implementation and training are very important to user adoption.

Ability to accurately track the sales pipeline is a must for any business and Sales Cloud makes it very easy.
