What do you like best about the product?
We used to manage our sales on spreadsheet which versions depend on who made the latest update on the shared file. We authored a lot of macros and our need continued to grow faster than we could update the spreadsheet. Salesforce Sales Cloud simplified the process enabling us to focus on business than managing spreadsheet. Salesforce Sales Cloud enabled a simpler process with a definition data schema. Sales Cloud isn't just another CRM, but a platform for innovation constituent engagement with use cases that span from traditional sales to things like recruitment or fundraising. Because Salesforce continues to innovate and being a leader in technology, it allows users to follow suit in their business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are minimal, and often with the ability to keep up with the latest capabilities. But that's what you want in your technology. You don't want to be asking, "when will this be available", but more so, "how do we best leverage what we have". Sales cloud is core to the platform and always provided worthwhile functionality.

With multiple people having conversations, we can centralize those engagements so potential clients don't have to retell their story. We can also effectively plan for provided service offerings to ensure we can meet demand.

Bee's Review
What do you like best about the product?
At TSA we purchased the service as part of the digital transformation. We had many forms and process related applications that were developed by shadow IT without any governance. Salesforce helped bring some standardization and speed to delivery. What I also like is that gov cloud includes FedRamp controls that are necessary to host HHH FISMA data.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the love of God I cannot understand Salesforce License model. It is the worst in the industry. At TSA we have numerous external entities and ended up costing a ton to just allow them to modify the objects. What I also do not like about Salesforce is it's data strategy. You want to store data for easy access but when it comes to taking them out, we spent several million dollars. You need to have a better external data strategy. I also think Salesforce professional services did not do a good job on training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Data access 2. Speed to delivery 3. Common platform for customer/users with guard rails 4. Ability to get access to data from anywhere 5. FedRamp'd gov cloud with correct FISMA controls
