Seamless data insights and able to access data in one simple place
Versatile and gives me the data insights needed with no hassle. Easy to connect with other platforms we have internally

Nothing really, it's all pretty simple and does what we need.

Sales cloud is intuitive and easy to use. Sales cloud helps our business track opportunities and keep on top of potential leads though intuitive processes. I love sales cloud!

Nothing! Sales cloud works as intended. It helps us build relationships and maintain data pertaining to our business. I love using sales cloud to improve our business

What do you like best about the product?
As a global sales organization with thousands of customers and millions of data points for them, SFSC allows us to convert leads and win opportunities, all within one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue we have right now is the data quality - specifically duplication of records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SFSC is the technology platform for our organization for revenue generation, from leads, contacts to opportunities and deal management.

All the information is easily accessible in sales cloud. I love being able to have the entire lead to quote lifecycle in one place

Depending on the customization you have, you have to be very careful with what you build or change to not affect other flows.

It's good but comes with lot standard objects which not every application can use
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing cost and not lot of automations that can be done limitations on lot of things

Ability to capture and display data for sales growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to do everything in Salesforce - you need and "app" for that. It can be clunky for some data capture.
