The way we're the information is gathered and available. And who easy is to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licences prices. They are more expensive that others

I was new to Salesforce and found it super easy to learn and customize to my needs.

It's so powerful that I'm only limited by my ability to learn new skills and fully utilize the power of the system.

What I love most is having all of my sales data as a single source of truth in one dynamic and effective location

All screens look somewhat similar so it can be confusing to initially navigate

Easy to use and adapt to your needs... once it is up and running and you get the data in then it makes a lot of great capabilities available to you and your team!

The solution can be a little slow to work with.

Coordination and overview- KPI's for tracking performance and pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
I love the communication opportunities with internal colleagues and with customers. So many ways to connect which makes business easy. And being able to create multiple contacts for an account is great. We only have one contact per account in our current system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We operate often in a very high volume transactional business and I find Saleforce Sales Cloud might be a hinderance to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining all customer information in one account is big. And the options you have from those accounts to create orders and such which is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The cloud allows the seamless integration of customer information as the agents work through the buy flow. Having key customer and sale's information at your fingertips is the key to a successful sales tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints about the tool it has performed as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving for the use of manual sales lead information on our organization.
