Again flexibility. As needs change, we been able to map processes.

The downside has mostly been adoption and learning for new users.

Sharing information updates has been our biggest benefit.

Nothing specific to dislike, we have a pretty customized instance so at times there are latency issues.

Creating efficiency for the sales teams so they can go out and do more selling.

What do you like best about the product?
You're able to track the experience the caller has had to date, including the cases attached to their account. this is incredibly helpful for our sales advisors who want the complete life cycle of the caller.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see how much money the caller has spent to date and what the chances of conversion for a certain type of interaction. Agentforce could be implemented for how much they're anticipated to spend with the company.

The ability to know more about our caller. It's an amazing system for CRM

There is so much information that it can sometimes be a bit difficult to find the right resource immediately.

We are able to receive payments faster. The integration is seamless. Ability to add multiple payment options.

Branding and integrating with in-house services where the existing process are not mature.

Able to close the deals from initiation to order processing. Managing all customer accounts in a single place and generate reports.

Actually we have no clue about who are the leads who are the prospects who are the potential customers. No follow ups. Sales Cloud is helping to go through this

Easy and flexible way to track all of my customer and sales data. Lots of built in structure along with the ability to add customisations specific to my business

Pricing can be high for smaller businesses so you need to ensure you are getting ROI from your investment

Allows me to track all of my customer activities and interactions in one place.
Salesforce Sales Cloud is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly robust out-of-the-box. You can do a lot with standard features. However the real power comes from its extensibility. You can use clicks not code to get you most of the way, and then use code to get to the finish line.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve. It takes a while to feel comfortable on the platform. Using Trailhead really helps the ramp up process.

Allows us to track our customer communication and pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
We have an outside sales team and the out of the box capabilities have really allowed us to successfully manage our team. With little development our sales teams are able to crush our goals.

We did move away from standard campaign members to a new custom object as we needed to better scale
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a B2C model and utilizing campaigns for our pitches have allowed us to track, calculate commissions and run our business in the fashion it needs to be run.
