What do you like best about the product?
Not every business is one-size-fits all, but the customizable options in Salesforce allows it to be a one-size-fits all solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the options are unlimited, it can be challenging to keep things simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the primary tool for our sales department, and it provides valuable data to the executive team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting and dashboards. I love that I can suscribe to these and they come to my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it moves slowly. My sales reps dont fill in the data correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brings data to me quickly which helps with managing the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and administer end-to-end sales lifecycle application that provides visibility into the revenue pipeline with configurable automation and intelligent next step sales process guidance. The platform scales to include the 360 degree customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be cost prohibitive depending on the size of the company and numbers of users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the platform integrated with our marketing automation tool and are able to score and nurture leads, convert those qualified to sales opportunities, identify the key contacts and team members involved in closing a deal, and to forecast our revenue pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a business that has previously relied on several different sources of data, the integration of data has helped our business stay on top of things and prevented things like double entry or data discrepancies
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is a great product out of the box, there are certain aspects of a business that is is not well suited for. for example, my business often does not even know the product it is selling until it has passed through engineering
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps maintain a single source of truth in our data as well as allowing our customer service team and sales team cross reference data and ensure they are always speaking on the same terms

What do you like best about the product?
All my data organized in one place is great. Keeps me organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
My org has not enabled any of the AI capabilities that would completely be a game changer to our selling process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps us manage contacts, leads and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Since I started in the Salesforce workspace back in 2001, Salesforce has kept up with and lead innovation. Seeing the product grow as customers’ needs grow is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is touted as "click not code", has become untrue requiring the average/new Admin needing the understanding/experience with basic coding (forcing Flow over Process Builder) - this has disappointing. Pricing is becoming out of reach for smaller businesses as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting and discovering what Customers need/want. The ability to look at trends to be able to future proof direction is invaluable. Non-users are able to see visually see the investment in their CRM and operation decisions.

Herding the sales people to update information and ultimately providing accurate forecasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reps not entering data or keeping info updated.

Keeping information as a source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
We can track lead conversion, opportunity pipelines, reporting to make better decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
Standard functionality sometimes doesn't meet very basic requirements and we have to use custom functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently deployed the use of leads/opportunities/activities and now we are transicioning from spreadsheets to fully use the crm

What do you like best about the product?
Core sales functionality when combined with the eCommerce capabilities of a managed package like Fonteva, brings an edge to the Association Ecosystem as albeit dealing with members, a lot of what transpires requires said core functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once again, when adapted to the Membership and Events Use Cases that Fonteva helps with, there may be instances where the components may clash, therefore requiring additional administrative overhead - yet, asides from these considerations, they make a good match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Migrating from a traditional On Prem Solution was of course fraught.

However, the possibilities it has opened, the integration with Marketig Cloud and Slack are already making us envision the potential of the migration - now in its third year.
