What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboards and the Customer 360 one view. I can see everything that happened with a customer in one page, at the right time and with the proper channel
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the price could be more affordable for startups companies, and maybe to have a freemium option to starting companies that have cash flow problems but a good potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity of the sales representative and lack of visibility of what is going on with the customer so now everything is easier and helpful for me as a manager

What do you like best about the product?
Strong at CRM and integrations for leads. Also good for managing campaigns and attaching leads to campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a real dedicated technical person to administer. This is not a user friendly easy tool to use.

Managing new physicians and Telehealth companies who are interested in compounding pharmacy services.

It's ever-evolving features and functionalities that improve the ways of working for my sales team.

The only thing I dislike is sometimes features are a bit complex to setup and implement.

Sales Cloud is extremely user friendly and has a lot if features that can help sales teams and sales rep to communicate and work with their customers in a better way.

Sales could sometimes gives too many features that will create confusion with the sales reps while performing any tasks. Sales could can also have more features when it comes to reports and dashboards

Sales cloud is helping my sales team to work efficiently and to forecast the sales tasks for future reference. Sales could has helped my team to increase their efficiency while working on any tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Data, leads, contacts,Opptys , pipeline, forecast and so much more all together in one place! You don't have to be super technical and it's very intuitive from a flow and process design standpoint.

Nothing! Sales Cloud is effective for giving insights and collect all the data we need to make smart data driven decisions!
