What do you like best about the product?
Forecasts and revenue schedules help us to understand what products we have sold and what impact this is going to have on our cash flow and project planning over the next 12 months
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks to get into specific records sometimes hampers our sales teams ability to close sales. Opportunity products can't be edited once the revenue schedules are created
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our sales team understand what is coming and how they can drive new sales. The assistant helps to keep the team productive and not drop any balls. Inbox helps with scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
With little to no coding experience you can get up and running in short order
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to get an overview n users permissions; it is getting better, but not quite there.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration of all of the objects. Being able to track opportunities leading to revenue
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like forecasting to be decoupled with stage because it is not always a one to one relationship between the two. I've had to create a custom forecast field. There are also limits on how many quotas you can add (4 only). I wish there was more dynamic forecasting and quota categories.

Sales performance metrics. And gaining insights.
Only Cloud You Need
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows sales operations to be able to view sales reps pipeline efficiently compared to any other crm tool or excel. It allows us to dive in deeper and provide better analysis to help the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it allowed me to get deeper with forecasting capabilities. Clari is the runner up so if there can be a better intergration between the products that be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to be able to have visibility into pipeline and helps us understand the data better in order to support the business and grow it. It's helpful enough ti be able to do best of both worlds

Difficult to get sales reps on board means low data quality

Ability to have sales track and report on performance, look up previous customers and their engagement. Allow marketing to see progress

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use flow and automations to make out clients life earlier.
It's so user friendly and the best part is the a lot of the automations can be done through point and click.

I like most of the things but something it can be buggy and takes longer to load. Email to case is very hard to debug and same for web to case. Debugging is hard

Salesforce is solving the our date management problem. It helps us arrange the data the way we want and give acces to the jars keeping securing the primary focus

Sales Cloud allows for such great visibility and interaction around every part of the sales cycle.

Sometimes simple things that could be highly beneficial are not implemented.

Sales Cloud allows us to have single source of truth for all of our opportunity and order data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize using no code to low code solutions. Modern user interface and accessibility on mobile. Can create automations to fit any business processes

It is very pricey and extra costs for new features l. They sometimes put new features are released not fully baked. Also with the amount of customization you can d, org can get messy

Main source of customer data that other systems can access. Automating sales processes for our agencies globally. It makes our teams productive all around departments
Mandatory tool for every Sales driven organisation
What do you like best about the product?
Guided journey for selling, having all in one place and ability to collaborate with others while having ability to easily modify sales journey to adjust to current market trends is a game changer
What do you dislike about the product?
License price should be more competitive in comparison to other cloud tools like Microsoft Dynamics. Unfortunately organisations are focused more on cost of ownership then on value
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are big organisation spanned over multiple countries and Salesforce service cloud is allowing us to work together on cross boarder deals which also means that best people can work on the deal.
