The best way to convert Opportunities in Sales!

What do you like best about the product?
Whether using standard resources in a small business or complex business logic in a large conglomerate, it's easy to deliver business value using the Salesforce sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Salesforce is doing a great job in the sales cloud, but there is still a lot of room to make code management and versioning more intuitive, easy and simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our sales logic is within the Salesforce sales cloud and this makes everything centralized, controlled and easy to adjust. No more lost offline spreadsheets or multiple disconnected systems.

What do you like best about the product?
When leads are created by an intake team, information is easily passed to the sales team for opportunity review and updates. It gives the sales team insite into what the customer is looking for. It streamlines the sales process for easier work and better overview
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about sales cloud.

The sales process and overview for managers for better product planning

What do you like best about the product?
Lead, Account, and Opportunity management are great, Einstein features, especially the new generative AI are very exciting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many of the features that make Salesforce truly great are cost-prohibitive for smaller accounts. A better model would be to charge based on a scale so larger companies pay more due to their higher volumes and smaller companies get the features in enterprise or platinum and as they grow their costs will increase based on usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps us effectively manage our opportunities and pipeline. COnsolidating our sales knowledge into one location to effectively advance sales through a structured, repeatable process.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards and reports that Sales Cloud allow you do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally nothing to dislike, except the complexity. However this totally depends on your consulting partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility, reporting, visual data at a glance - it eases my life a lot and saves my time.

It provides wide range of features and functionality for Sales Teams for lead and opportunity management, sales automation , analytics and allow organizations to manage their entire sales process in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is expensive for small businesses. It offers wide range of features, sometimes operating it can be overwhelming for some users.

Making it less expensive will enable small businesses to make use of Sales Cloud to enable their company growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead and Opportunity Management: It streamlines the tracking and management of leads and opportunities, helping to boost conversion rates and sales efficiency.

Sales Process Automation: By automating repetitive tasks, it saves time and reduces errors, allowing sales teams to focus on strategic selling.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Robust reporting and analytics provide insights into sales performance, enabling informed decisions and improved sales strategies.

Customization: The high degree of customization ensures that Sales Cloud can adapt to our specific needs, aligning with evolving business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Constant innovation, seamless integrations, intuitive UI, highly configurable without code, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
When organizations don't keep their org clean and up to date. This is common as many companies don't invest properly with SI partners and SFDC admins quickly move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a system of record and a system of customer and partner engagement. Helps keep me organized and productive. Keeps me honest with MEDDPICC. :-)
