What do you like best about the product?
That it's one central point of true data - it's where my team can go to share insights and drive strategy as well as interact with non sales capacity personas in the organ
What do you dislike about the product?
The database style record keeping - hoping it can become more spacial and node based. - but overall it works grat for our needs

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud makes selling more streamlined for sales reps and more transparent for sales leaders. It keeps sales reps organized so they can easily move deals through the stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's up to you to keep your data clean and duplicates out of the system. Uploads to clean data can be tricky. You'll need to spend time building your instance initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our data and sales reps organized. Also gives sales leaders insight in to each deal. Sales cloud ties in to our account engagement instance to give marketing insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use has been huge for our sales reps that have no Salesforce experience. It's helped us use best practices and simplify the sales process. And trust me we had a complicated one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly no complaints at this point. We are still building but there is no doubt Sales Cloud will provide what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a CRM as we have been working out of spreadsheets, forecasting, pipelines and a single source of truth for the data.

Forecast and dashboards analytics. Also flows.

Sometimes it's too slow. The reports could be more flexible

What do you like best about the product?
Our company loves using Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage our opportunities and pipeline and customer interactions. It is easy to use and get started. Entering opportunities and making updates is easy and intuitive. Account management allows our sales team to track and monitor customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
My sales team has not had great experiences using CPQ for Sales Cloud. I do not think it's very straight forward and seems confusing for users. I think user experience improvements can be made specifically for CPQ
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Sales Cloud solves for us is opportunity and pipeline management. It is a great tool for this. It benefits the company to know what deals we have that will close so we can make business decisions accordingly. We also use it to know our customers and their vital information. It is a one stop shop for that.
Sales cloud for small customers
What do you like best about the product?
Very wasy to setup and addresses most basic and cruicial functionalities of any small scale business without need of any customisation

It has products functionalities but too much limited when comes to go more complex structures without having cpq

Its helping in putting correct validations along with lead management

Bringing together all of our data and helping bring processes and reporting all in one place.

The struggles of bringing data in from an outside source that is not using mukesoft.

Lead management and recircling the dispositioned leads. Also, the opportunity Pipeline Management.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy for starters. There's nothing it can't do. Perfect for clients and especially great in the staffing world. I've used it for 10 years. No complaints

Sometimes pages load to slow. But it's never that bad

It's easy to look up both my clients and prospects. Very user friendly and everything is always 1 click away

It should be faster on lightning UI. The performamce should be improved
