What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive UI, easy of configuration with low code and no code. I especially appreciate support that Salesforce provides to its customers in their efforts to drive their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some innovations that are still lacking, the competitors have implemented. Part of the stems from sales force's growth. For example, there are many ideas on the idea exchange that are 10 years old.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily the basic problem being solved is the standard one of the sales need for a centralized CRM system. It also provides automated and productive ways to improve salesperson efficiency.

We utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud for multiple clients of ours. We appreciate the ease of use and it provides great value to us and our clients!

The flexibility that it offers both admins and developers

Confusion about what products are available for what org types. It's too hard to know what's included with what you're paying for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows all of our users collaborate on deals and leverage previous engagements with an account. It streamlines most of the manual processes to speed up the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using the Salesforce Sales cloud and various other cloud for a while and we really like the flexibility, scalability to tool which satisfies a ton of requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well sometimes the sales cloud has certain limitations in terms of solving tricky sales cases scenarios

Sales cloud is solving the problem of the sales representatives where they can login to a single tool and maintain all the information under one roof.

Doesn't have out of box functionality to auto match leads against existing accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows scalable automations without a necessity of a developer. It's really good that it's enough to have an algorithmic mindeset to build powerful processes. With flow and platform events you can do a lot, whether it's optimizing a sales process or building something custom from a scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to get into customization frenzy and often people do not leverage out of the box functionality. Over-customized organization is my worst nightmare. Good flow framework and scalable automations will help to curb that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows to optimize sales process and give a comprehensive overview of the pipeline. Day to day of each sales person, when we'll defined can limit the amout of apps they need to use to perform their day to day. Calls, emails, everything in one place.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is so easy to use and it's a real plus for sales who can be a bit oldfashion about the way they work.

What do you dislike about the product?
I thing the down side is more about personnalisation for exemple Colors, typo, pop message. Users love when you can put words into an other colors or give the stages of the sales path more meaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place. It's easier to have new members and keep on track the data from the personn who left the company. The leads are not lost into a lot of non sens ones
