Nothing really that I dislike. The customization projects just take sometime because of need for developers.

It can provide a more comprehensive view of customer transactions
Sales Cloud has helped our team drive efficiency and track and predict revenue and ROI in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
The sales process is extremely helpful when streamlining business processes and getting our team aligned with goals. The stage bar on opportunities is the baseline for revenue prediction and pipeline management, as well as the ability to create reports and dashboards to report on and r predict revenue and pipelines. Our organization uses sales cloud as the basis of our salesforce instance, and it is extremely helpful in the day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are updates I wish were implemented faster. For instance, not being able to build a report that shows only the most recent and upcoming task is an iteration I wish was implemented quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports and dashboards and keeping users in salesforce, not in excel. The capabilities sales cloud removes the need for excel sheets and data being stored offline or in fundraisers' heads. Sales Cloud keeps data live and variable, and allows me to report on the data and build out solutions to business problems that can be documented and applied organization wide.

It is connected with Service Cloud and the echo system of Salesforce Cloud multi platforms

Sales cloud helps our sales reps to sell effectively and bring business to our company.

Sometimes over customization reduces speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to use multiple tools outside salesforce. Sales cloud is one stop from lead to account to opp and quoting. Our business performance has increased.
Bells and whistles at every turn
What do you like best about the product?
I am a new user, so my expertise is growing exponentially with experience. Biggest impact item right off the bat is integration with Outlook. This has enabled me to increase my informational throughput into our CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many fields that are not relevant for me, although this was also true of my last system.

To be determined for me as an individual contributor, but one of our executives indicated last week that they are already seeing the benefits of better visibility.

SalesCloud scales for multiple purposes and levels of sophistication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trailhead is difficult to use to find relevant training. Product selection for opportunities and quotes is difficult. Constantly being sold CPQ is costly and a non starter

Visibility to opportunity and the ability to forecast revenue. Workflows and notifications are automating handoffs across teams. And app exchange allows is to easily add features
Very configurable! Easy for business users
What do you like best about the product?
Configuration and business tools as well as reports and dashboards. I like Salesforce flow and invocable actions too, to call APIs. Finally the ability to build your own components and apps is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike. Can be a little expensive but only if you're not using it to its full capability. Can be overwhelming to start with on options but the education helps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity tracking, forecasts, account mapping, sales management, delivery engagement tooling. Making the sales team productive and good visibility to the teams.
Easy to learn

Extremely easy to pick up for all levels of our team. Low-no code solutions allow for a quick uptick

People fear "salesforce" as being too large a program/daunting to learn
