What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has transformed my sales approach, seamlessly integrating AI and data analytics to offer unmatched efficiency and adaptability. Regardless of my business size, it provides me with streamlined operations and invaluable insights. The cherry on top is the Success Ecosystem, complemented by the vast resources of the AppExchange platform. For anyone in the sales domain, this CRM isn't just a tool—it's a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet. I wish it came without the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving my problems tracking leads to opportunities and sealing needed deals for my sales team.

Real time updates and analytics taylored to every user! Coming from excel this is a huge step. A powerful and beautiful system that is a dream to administer.

There are so many great products, but can be pricy to take full advantage.

What we like the most, its that, not jus the sales team, but our marketing and services teams benefits, since our client information is up to date real-time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Know been a participant of Dreamforce, all the questions I had day to day are been solve.
So I dislike not having access to all this information before.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring is a problem that sales cloud is helping us solve. We generate a lot of leads, and knowing wich one's our sales reps needs to work on help us with precision!

I love how there are so many things we can integrate into the Salesforce Sales Cloud. It provides insane amounts of customization so I can tailor make the look and feel to my company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is worth the money, it is a very pricey product.

In banking, the CRM allows us to access all of our custom account information with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the endless opportunities to customize, automate, and streamline business processes for Sales Teams. As an admin there is nothing more gratifying than taking a clunky, multi-click workflow, condensing it down to a single click, and basking in the gratitude of my end users for relieving them of tedium.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be intimidating for new users, and user adoption live and dies by the quality of the implementation. It's so much better to start from a strong foundation, but you need a skilled partner to create that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce solves issues of data hygiene, task-based tedium, and accountability. I benefit by building better solutions for my clients, and helping their businesses soar!

The ability to gather pipeline data to make more informed decesions is so critical in todays data centric world.

Not a Sales Cloud issue but change management is so critical to implementaion success.

Crm. I like being able to contact all of my potential customers. I like the Forecasting model.

Not knowing what else is available. I have been a customer of sales force for many years. I do not know what else is available that is included.

Sales force clouds allows me to have better contact with my customers. Potential do not drop in the process.
