What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easier on our sales team to identify the right people to call and email at the right time. Keeps everything organized and structured to help leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. There are just so many capabilities and we have to prioritize and gradually introduce more and more to help improve adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our data in one place and makes it easy on the sales team to locate the right information.

What do you like best about the product?
With SalesCloud you can use automation and the new AI tools to drive productivity in Sales, staying on top of deals and forecasts, both as a teamleader or rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be mindful to create an implementation and roll-out strategy. There are so many amazing tools to choose from, try to start in one end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating tasks and reminders to stay up to speed, automate emails with templates, pipeline inspection to see what happened with your pipeline and why.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and dashboard capabilities easily accessible for end users to get the data they need. Great configuration flexibility.

A lot of features require additional licenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we started using Salesforce Sales Cloud, we have been able to look at our accounts in a way that we haven't before - everything is in 1 place, and a full 360 degree view helps us drive our conversations. Further, the streamlined opportunity tracking, robust reporting and analytics, and mobile accessibility have really been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adoption is always tricky, however this is mostely a business problem to solve. The tool is intuitive enough and the UX is great, however I hear from our technical colleagues that the back-end takes some time to get use to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing customers in 1 place, unity in customer data, single source of truth, and the platform is unified with its many products for integration across the board.

I like that sales cloud is one of the most used cloud and has a great user community to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like the most is that we need more trailheads for sales users to use the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is Salesforce's core product and where they started. If you need something easy to get started immediately, it's great out of the box but also has the ability to be customized to your business process as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It even has fun animals and design for you to keep up with an enjoy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our pipeline, have sales guidelines built in, manage our leads, and then track our activities and engagements. It's a lot easier than using spreadsheets.

Perfect out of the box

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up out of the box. For the most part just need to have the data formatted for the standard objects and have it uploaded. The process is straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with the way data is presented.. However that is mostly due to the package we have since we have the lightning experience. Not a deal breaker though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing is that we are able to keep our sales representatives accountable for their work since are able to track everything that they are engaging with and inputting.
