A god product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that lets me execute many operations of the business without that many employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive and you need consulting partners to set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of our customers and clients in a easy to manage way
Impressed with sfdc sales cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The best because it helps my team shorten deal cycles. Overall, we've seen an uptick in conversion rates and a larger deal size. Needed some time to figure out how it works but very helpful post learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Short and simple, needed some time to roll out to my team and train them on it. Multiple clicks are needed but so it goes with Salesforce - nothing you can't overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a management perspective, it's been been very helpful for the enablement and process of our growing org. Multiple uses that we've used in deal flow and enablement.
Great product, could use some tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows a thoroughly documented journey for potential clients, which makes it easy to gather data and propose the best solutions for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have more programmatic solutions out of the box; would be nice to have to build less and use more pre-made blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our salespeople honest, makes sure they are utilizing proper process
Territory management is a problem
What do you like best about the product?
Opportunity and pipeline Managment. Product and price book management are some of the features that are pretty stable and ability to create custom objects helps adding additional content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Territory management and forecasting is a bit of challenge to adopt and utilize for a a variates dynamic method. Need help in the territory management in salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing much to be frank, people are still using mainframe and excel sheets
I love being able to feel like a developer, without learning code!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to define what users need and easily make the changes to make things more efficient and effective for all business owners. When I don't know how to do something, I can quickly learn from trailhead, videos or reaching out to Salesforce to help direct me!
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing from classic to lightning has been challenging, but with more experience, the features are being unlocked! Our users will start to see more efficient processes soon!

Forecasting outside of spreadsheets! This tool helps us track real time forecasting!

Limitations without using in conjunction with another cloud or product suite.

Most helpful is easily accessible and low lift reporting. Business users across the platform can access various report types to answer questions.

It's very difficult to keep data clean and operations rely on business users to maintain records.

Ability to track the business's sales and contracts as well as customer engagement points.

Sales cloud is most helpful to see a overall view of your incoming and outgoing deals, productivity and data analytics for your organization. The tool is very powerful and user friendly.
