Lightning is getting better!
What do you like best about the product?
Lightning app is very easy to use. Ability to see all necessary data points is optimal and customizable as well

Sometimes the app will just default to a section not specified in the settings

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce at its best when it makes things extremely easily to customize to your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you hit a feature or something Salesforce doesn't offer attempting to build it yourself can be extremely difficult or outright impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized database of storing all info about customers/clients likewise automation of emails and other reminders is extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Guided flows and great UI has helped users obtain increased customer satisfaction and unlock value for our stakeholders! Love the product and looking for additional use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is having support in identifying opportunities to merge the data model for various personas seeking value from the platform. There are numerous personas within our organization with diffferemt data structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is helping us solve Transaction management and tracking, reporting, analytics and user engagement. A streamlined experience has also reduced training costs.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to complete funnel end to end processes, especially with the amount of tools available to connect to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
That most things are not really free, they need to be bought, and we understand the model, but it feels like it is first tested on us then once it is perfected then the price of it set really high because users cannot live without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility, validations and process improvements. We need more automation and Data integrity which new platform release today may be able to solve.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a modern platform that is easy to develop with and easy to explain to stakeholders. We consider it a part of the future, and the organization will continue to grow along with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for a smaller org is fairly prohibitive. It also seems to follow a process of adding products and services for additional cost, or it requires the involvenment of numerous partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving our teams a 360 view of our customers, which they haven't had prior. This should deepen customer insights as well as enable better processes and workflows.

Upsides for using Sales Cloud mainly revolve around access and customization options for object schema to optimize the sales process for pur AEs

Wish more Sales Cloud add ons were included in the main package/license

Solving the all in one experience of bringing together multiple resources like Enablement, Coaching, insights etc that previously were spread across our tech stack
