Make my Sales work easier more organized
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it really easy for me to manage my leads, contacts, and deals all in one place. I like how I can see where each deal is in the pipeline, get reminders for follow-ups, and track my tasks and activities. The dashboards and reports are also super helpful.
I can quickly check my performance and know what to focus on next. It saves me time and helps me stay organized every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming, especially when you're new to it. There are so many features and buttons that it can take a while to learn where everything is.
Also, if it's not set up properly by the admin, some things can feel confusing or take extra steps to do. It’s powerful, but not always super user-friendly right away.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I used to forget follow-ups or miss out on deals 'cause everything was in notes, emails, or Excel. Now with Salesforce, everything is in one place.
I can see my leads, calls, emails, deals — all there. It reminds me what to do next, so I don’t miss anything. It helps me close deals faster and keeps me on track daily. Life became a bit easier.

very complete, easy to create accounts, add opportunities, follow up on account status, allows us shared work between sales/CSM/Support/Management/renewal team, all our customers support tickets are easily available,

The salesforce cloud tool is packed with features and almost all in one place proving easy integration with the tools which we currently use.

Setup and implementation were bit complicated initially as the tool has many features which felt overwhelming sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the salesforce cloud tool helps keep track of all the customers info and sales activities in one place. It helps our work easier and also help our clients keep track and close the deal faster.

What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its powerful and customizable approach to managing the entire sales process. What I dislike most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its steep learning curve and high cost. It can be complex to master without significant resources, and the pricing can be prohibitive, especially for smaller businesses.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves key problems like disorganized customer data, inefficient lead and opportunity management, time lost on manual tasks, and poor visibility into sales performance.

Very complete tool from a user standpoint.
What do you like best about the product?
From a user standpoint, it's a very complete and reliable tool, at least with the way we have it set up. I don’t handle the backend or deal with Salesforce maintenance, so I can’t speak to that side, but as a user, it works really well. Everything I need is there, it's easy to use, and it helps me stay on top of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit heavy or slow, especially with all the customizations. Some tasks take more clicks than they should. I also think the interface could be more modern. It works, but it still has a bit of an old-school look and feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sales Cloud to manage a large and constantly growing book of clients and prospects. We’ve engaged with a wide range of companies over time, and we try to stay in touch with them every few months. Salesforce helps us keep track of all those interactions, stay organized, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It also helps us identify and create new business opportunities that we can then pass along to the right teams internally.

Salesforce Sales Cloud offers a comprehensive suite of tools that help manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. I especially appreciate the automation features like workflows, lead assignment rules, and email templates, which significantly reduce manual tasks.

The biggest drawback is the complexity of the platform. While it’s powerful, it can be overwhelming for new users.

Implementation for custom objects and fields have been tricky and issue for the downstream systems.

Salesforce is the biggest implementation we have in our organization. Our sales team is heavily dependent on it for opportunities, quotes, leads tracking and management. All the data generated in salesforce is used for analytics and reporting

From a sales user perspective, it is a great way to capture client relationships, interactions, and opportunities without much added time.

The added apps like the salesforce for outlook connector ensure that I’m capturing what is needed with limited additional effort.

It is somewhat expensive depending on your company’s budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It took a company who was using excel, sometimes a shared document and sometimes on individual user desktops, to an integrated platform that easily allows information to be tracked, shared, and made visible who those who need to know. Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports can be created and run, and you know that the data behind it is solid and not missing anything.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to use, user friendly, and allows all shareholders to collaborate to close deals! We use it daily and it is great both internally and for supporting our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the problem of disconnect between customer conversations with reps and the internal support teams that close the deals agreed upon in those conversations. By linking documents, notes, emails and all of the details in between into one place.
