Ease of use, best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
it is so easy to use the software, pretty straight forward and makes the work of the sales person so easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the integration disconnects with other softwares or integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has all the data about the pipeline and opportunities and the account repository which can be a ready reckoner while targeting certain bunch of prospecting accounts.

Salesforce is a very user-friendly platform where one can do various things.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is easy to use salesforce to update on different issues faced by various customers. It is easy to implement various criteria as well in salesforce. We are also able to upload our own knowledge articles, and so everyone else will be able to gain the knowledge from it. The platform is user-friendly because if i need to find a particular knowledge article or a particular case related to a customer, this platform allows to send SMS's , emails, create fault cases and helps to distinguish between each of those. I am able to assign cases to myself and change owners of the cases. It has very clear instructions on how things should be done. Our company has integrated it very well with our companies other websites, so we are able to directly communicate between salesforce and other websites. Agents in our company always use salesforce. It is used to update about each and every interaction we have with our customer. Due to this we are able to assist the customers effectively, by referring previous case notes that are updated by previous agents, thereby making customer support reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the first glance, it is quite hard to figure out what has to be done, or how it has to be done, but with time, when you get used to it, it will be fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps solve customer issues, anything that is related to customer enquiries. Sales enquiries, technical support, provisioning, fault tickets and also it provides knowledge based on various areas, which we can use to assist customers. So in conclusion it benefits me because, it allows me to help troubleshoot issues effectively and time efficiently as there are previously updated case notes by other agents.

I have used Salesforce sales cloud in a all of my previous organizations and its really easy to use and has a number of features to make the sales cycle easy. I used it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, it has been a pretty much positive experience.

Account Mapping and Information all in one page.

Very helpful on managing the whole sales cycle, keeping notes regarding the clients, helping on follow ups and more

It would be great to be able to adapt it to the function of each person, because you lots of options that you never use and can make the interface more complicated to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to manage the whole pipeline easily, to not miss critical information about our clients.
Best tool keeping me organized
What do you like best about the product?
To organize my candidate's data and reports, best thing is we can create multiple email templates and send according to the needs, We can also send mass emails to population, and if email are sent via HTML format we can see if it's read or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
when we put notes on created cases, we can't delete it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best portal to organize data of current candidates, easy to use. We can create cases which are visible to entire team so they can give their inputes and are aware about each case.

What do you like best about the product?
The way we can insert and filter list of data to the setting we wants, and create charts base on the informations
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires quite an a deep knowledge to be able to set a certain workflow, should work more like cursor where workflow can be describe using words.

The ease of filtering data.

It's helpful to be able to generate reports and easily - keeping track when working with a large region. Super easy to use and navigate also.

Has to be used with another system for it to be fully functional for Sales.

Organising prospects and accounts easily which allows me to keep track of the sales cycle for each.

What do you like best about the product?
I have never had a problem with SF Sales Cloud, it works really good and I have never experienced lags or anything else. Synch is also awesome, any tool that I use can easily connect to the platform. I use SF Everyday, so I have a lot of exp with SF. I am not the person who implemented SF, or connected any tool to SF, but I know that our team actively worked with customer support and it worked really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we implement new tools, it is really hard to make it synch with SF, but in final it always works without any problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a good CRM system and we got it. It affects my sales work positively, since it is really easy to create a new dashboard, lead list or anything else. Also I can control all the info I need into any list, which is really cool. To get some benchamarks SF is also awesome, much better than HubSpot. Also updates are really cool. All I need in sales is here, it benefits me a lot, I can just do what I do best, sell
