What do you like best about the product?
Really drives sales to the next level resulting in more revenue and happy customers. Easy to use and to customize to your own needs. Worked with Microsoft crm before but this tool is 1000% better
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, all good. Maybe one small remark on the pricing. Is per user per month and somewhat expensive compared to low and crm products and Microsoft crm. But good value for money overall
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage pipeline and leads and converting them into opportunities. Visit report for our sales and agenda management. It helped growing as a company and to get more revenue

What do you like best about the product?
The most functionality. Most innovative. With the most third party add ons
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI remains stuck in the 80s. Some new features are terrible UX but worth it simply because they are so connected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need somewhere to store ALL of the data for our sellers. SFDC is that place. We use reporting, engagement, trailhead, and service cloud

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows our users to not only see who our customers are but to give them the best experience. It keeps communications and opportunities aligned and organized for customers and helps to give them the personalized experience they deserve. When a coworker is out, another can easily review the customer data and fill in for them with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
No obvious dislikes. There is constantly pieces being added to the cloud for user improvements so it's ever changing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization! It allows us to work with more customers in a shorter amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration of multiple platforms and the ease of use. With the new Einstein features, I am excited to see my sales team accelerate and improve customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more support with getting my sales teams to genuinely adopt and learn how to use Salesforce Sales Cloud. Tips and tricks on how to get buy-in would be wonderful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to keep all of our customer insights and info in one place, Sales Cloud makes that easier.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Sales cloud internally a few months back. Before our sales managers were using 5+ different tools when logging deals, opportunities and it was hard to follow up on them. Now using sales cloud all teams are in the same page and communication flows better
What do you dislike about the product?
Should come with more flow templates so the startup and built phase can be exalarated .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing teams together. Less communication errors between the different teams.all leads in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface that our global sales team loves. We have repeatedly had sales people tell us that they have been able to figure out the toll on their own or they do an internet search if needed. It's amazing to see the team be self sufficient because they like the change.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sales Cloud does not fully support the semiconductor industry with the ability to group products by socket. So we had to do some customization to enable this functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were on a very old CRM system. Salesforce has helped us modernize our technology landscape so we can utilize best in class innovation.
