What do you like best about the product?
Data in your Fingertips, same date for everyone. Lot of ready made things that help of configurating and userinterface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant find anything that i could mention here, maybe ready made Dashboards

We are making of group sales Edithin salesforce in a single system

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is the fundamental functionality that runs your business. It's at the core of CRM. This is my 12th year in Salesforce and my 3rd company that has tried to "build It own CRM" and just building a portion of sales cloud is a failure to launch every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The richness of days in it sales cloud is amazing in density, complexity, and data. To swim through it with the help of AI learning tools we have to use the Einstein platform. Give us options to utilize this and having conversations with our security teams to gain trust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to view, track, and share our data with our interested business teams makes sales cloud indispensable. We have thousands of interested folks from all aspects of our business and having a centralized space is critical

OOTB, built in integration, flow automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not thing as of now , but if you are able to bring unofficial sf features in sf it will be good

What do you like best about the product?
All standard processes available, e.g., lead and opportunity management. Highlight customizable to meet business needs. Extension of data model very easy. Possibility to create automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, a sales employee can only be assigned with one role in the Opportunity Team. This often leads to problems, as people often need to be assigned multiple times. Additionally, the Quote Document is not sufficiently customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Sales Cloud, it is possible to have all your data in one place and thus achieve a 360-degree view of the customer. It also allows you to track the journey from lead through conversion to opportunity.

I love that it brings all the information about my customers and prospects in one place.

Not always sure where and how to access the newly announced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have all my customer and prospect info in one repository.
Sales cloud is an excellent tool that provides the ability for rapid application development.

AI insights and the ability to have pipeline and lead management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to handle incorrectly inputted data, leading to poor quality that does not help management nor the sales team.

Lead and Opportunity management. Pipeline overview, Opportunity Teams to collaborate. All in one. System. Possibility to create own reports or use out of the box reports
What do you dislike about the product?
No out of the box SAP connector. It's not possible to create account or opportunity members for one user in more than one role. Quote document is not usable for german customers

Between Einstein AI and ChatGPT integration, Salesforce is innovating for the future. Their AI advancements lead to automated workflows, actionable insights and intuitive customer experiences. Salesforce leverages leading edge AI to solve real business challenges in an innovative way.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce touts the new Lightning Experience for users, much of the backend remains stuck in Salesforce Classic. Numerous administrative functions and configuration tools remain in the dated Classic interface.

Honestly, Sales Cloud has made our organization more operationally effective and efficient! Need more support for permission sets, and connection to Marketing Cloud.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving our CRM needs. By transitioning to Salesforce Sales Cloud, we now have complete line of sight to our customers and their journey with us!

Limited reporting capabilities across tables within Salesforce. Multi-pick lists have very few use case scenarios.

Sales cloud houses all of our revenue data and provides insights into pipeline and share of wallet opportunities.
