Sales cloud is wonderful

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce started with sales cloud. It's easy to use, and has had great improvements over the years. I would highly recommend this product for all sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements with territory manager has made it function better but it still needs some work and I hope they are able to enhance things with the next few releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our needs, we track conversions for sales of curriculum. It has been extremely valuable for sales leadership to truly understand our sales cycle and the needs of the school.

What do you like best about the product?
The process of logging tasking and working a piece of business through the process is very intuitive and easy to go from one step to the other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all objects can be used in programs such as forecasting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversation tracking and lead follow up. The ability to track completed tasks and set up follow up tasks make the booking process as seamless as possible.

Can be hard to get adoption. Must keep a positive outlook.

As a non-profit, Salesforce is a powerful tool to serve as the foundation of our fundraising tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non profit, it is a challenge to keep up with the changing technology. As soon as we feel we are on the best system, it's already a bit out-dated.

Quote creation isn't as intuitive which needs CPQ an additional product

What do you like best about the product?
I find the solution that the service cloud offers extremely useful and effective. The omni-channel, web-to-case, chatbot, web-to-lead tools are fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
Solutions that integrate with other platforms, such as WhatsApp, are not as easy to implement or are paid for, which does not make them accessible to everyone

Controls orders, leads, stock and release of invoices, making it very useful to manage everything
