Love the inclusiveness of sakes cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple departments are able to utilize sales cloud and maximize work load while doing it.our acquisitions rep love sales cloud and are ready to learn more of what it has to offer to increase efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you do not know what all your org has access to. Salesforce should add a org check feature so that admin are able to see exactly what features are active versus inactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing the lead intake and acquisition reps to stay organized and stay on top of leads, prospects, and appointments while being able to push those deals where needed

Sales insights, customer 360, forecasting is helping make the sales better decisions

The clicks-not-code philosophy makes Sales Cloud very accessible to most orgs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions and visibility are complicated and only getting more so, be sure to understand the concepts well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud tracks all of our opportunities and prospects. It also acts as a source of truth for our customers and thus is vital to the business.

The low code capabilities of Sales Cloud are amazing

Reporting, Enablement, Dashboards. It makes my org more efficient at closing sales and folow up on lost opps and see why we are not converting with data instead of assumptions

It helps my team follow up on sales and close deals

What do you like best about the product?
Sfdc as a CRM feels like someone did their homework. The platform is intuitive, easy to follow From the least tech Savvy to the expert. I also appreciate the customization options to align the platform to the specific needs of the business

Some gaps on forecasting for base products. Still need to work on a more out of the box solution for this type of business process

Manage my contact information in one location. Ability to manage pipeline and forecasting in one platform

Sale cloud does not have any bad functionality. Everything is superb

Our sales are growing after adapting sales cloud. We are closing more deals

Though Salesforce Sales Cloud has matured over the years, however I been using it from years.
What I like is quick setup time, scale as you go and easy configuration makes ideal choice

Nothing much, probably it can improve it's pricing to be more cost effective

We have a very orchestrated sales process, the platform helps us to to make the whole process simpler

Reporting and analytics capabilities. It also standardized data to allow for insights

Not many - typically it's just user adoption and not the platform itself

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce goes beyond CRM. I have seen use cases where Salesforce has been used to manage construction projects, control contractor life cycles to structuring energy futures. Truely amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Governing limits is my major complaint. As well lack of access (price wise) to more full sandboxes and features such as Salesforce functions or Mulesoft. Many customers tend to be disappointed that such functionality are not available with initial cost.

Salesforce sales cloud is actually quite useful for cases beyond sales. By providing almost any use case easy access to a polished framework that can be manipulated by both low code and pro code
