What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to understand the basics and customizing the interface for your own needs is simple. The range of functions is also very large to suit all kinds of use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing at the beginning with a steep learning curve to get the best out of all features. Also, it is necessary to get everyone on the same page when implementing the platform, which can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to track customer interactions and effectively monitor trends. It also helps us to streamline our paperwork and sales processes to save time and resources in creating proposals for customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps our nonprofit enroll low income families to federal and state service programs from the southeast area of Los Angeles county. We are able to track the service progress of clients and follow up on case management issues. Sales Cloud allow us to identify prospects and move them to contacts and then to enrolled clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud has too many options. Sometimes it's difficult to devlope the sales forms and intake process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us move people from prospects to clients

What do you like best about the product?
Its almost plug-play for any product company. It can be a 8-16 hours of basic configuration and that's it. It becomes productive tool for business immediately
What do you dislike about the product?
This requires little bit customization for non - product companies or the pure platform built businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped with Lead managment and opportunity management. Sales Commissions splits and account management

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent information display capabilities to the relationship managers, guiding from lead to opportunity to deal closing. With einstein insight the relationship manager can get better insight about the prospect to close an opportunity
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific.... lead scoring can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From lead generation to close a deal became quicker. Also salespeople/ relationship managers can participate into 'well informed' discussions with both existing and potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great having all the sales team in one place so they can better see what is happening between them and don't approach the same leads. Also gives the broader organization insight into the pipeline and what is to come so they can prepare easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is the most user friendly or intuitive. I spend a lot of time teaching teams how to use and how to use consistently. They often say "I did this last time and it worked but now I can't find it".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce becomes the source of truth for all of the different teams involved in the sales process. If something does not exist within Salesforce, there is no visibility into it and cross functional teams are less productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has helped our salespeople save time in lead to order fulfillment. It is easy for them to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be some limitations with reporting on email activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are able to enter their leads and convert to accounts and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Combined with NPSP, Sales Cloud gives our fundraisers the ability to track donations and grants in an organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability you customize the platform makes it so there are few drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get s full picture of our donors interactions with the org by making Salesforce our single source of truth.
