What do you like best about the product?
It helps our salespeople to have a one stop shop that helps us being more productive and effective.

I don't like nothing. It is an amazing tool.

The most complete sales process that helps the rep generate sales faster and easier

For the moment, nothing, everything seems perfect to me.

Mobile application that helps the representative easily perform activities even if they are not connected to a computer

A unique platform to create customer journey of our agents and our client, and to address at top level their expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much cost.
In addition, there are a few possibilty to Customize front end experience interna of UI.

You can take the benefits of OOTB features and the flexibility of a power configuration engine
What do you dislike about the product?
font end configuration must be improved in ordet to let customers be more free to personalize look & feel

What do you like best about the product?
Object structure, lead to opportunity management capabilities. Also reporting capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Too generalized sometimes and needs customization. Could auto create custom features for specific industries. Also global deals is an issue in bundling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is a one stop shop and with revenue cloud added lead to contract is a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access our data all in one place. Im excited about the advances with AI and Data cloud to provide further insights. The platform is easy to use and user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
That currently our rep doesn't connect with it so there are gaps in our data. We are exploring a Salesforce only solution!
There are quite a few add ons that seem like they should be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rep engagement and activity tracking.
Automating process and tracking.
Forecasting
Our sellers are more productive by being able to automate activities and events

What do you like best about the product?
it allows me to accurately look at our sales pipeline and forecast future sales Allows your business to take control of their sales process buy guiding customers through a controlled sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a manufacturer that cannot recognize revenue until the product is shipped and invoiced the forecasting functionality does not meet business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this product to manage all business activity up yo PO issuance.

Sales Cloud by Salesforce is a game-changer for sales. It offers powerful CRM, great integration, automation, and a mobile app. It scales with your company and boosts productivity. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is not really good! I would like something that is more modern and powerfull! Sometimes the performance are not the best And we need to review our software

Sales Cloud by Salesforce is a top-notch sales solution. It excels in CRM, integration, and automation. With its mobile app and scalability, it's a must-have for sales teams.

Some features and not easy to use or plug and play. Example Salesforce maps or territories

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and configuration is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone has access to the info they need. I think the thing I like least is the lead conversion process. When an actual customer account is associated, you still have to search for it which leads to duplicates since users can be lazy.
