Very nice CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Object oriented meta data structure, what makes all the development and automation stuff realty easy to handle. Also like all the out of the box processes and setup possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Very nice tool all in all.
Of cause there is space for improvement but all I. All I really like the tool. Looking forward to all the AU features and how they are Integrated in the core cloud.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all the sales processes in a standardised way. Supporting our Agents in their daily work with Einstein is really nice. I like the tool all at all. Very good!

We generally use sales cloud to manage our client's sales processes with high ease, although sometimes many types of business are so timely that customizations and going outside the standard is necessary.

Licensing costs are a barrier to entry for a lot of customers.

Salesforce sales cloud allows extensive customization with objects and fields. This makes it specific and enables custom processes tailored for the business using the tool

Extensive customization can quickly become outdated and difficult to manage efficiently. Providing some framework to build validation as part of the custom object will be helpful

Lead conversion, opportunity management, activity tracking, and account management are the functions Sales Cloud provides. And it provides the biz insights the leaders needs.

Always release new features make customer life easier. No code required as salesforce kept enhancing lightning flow all releases. Also open for new idea from customers and delivered thru releases.

Limited functionalities on some basic things so we need to kept vote on idea exchange website to gain visibility and get it deliver in the future with no commitment.

Salesforce helps empower admin and user to use salesforce ecosystem but lately we received more unplanned outage and not smooth of planned system maintainence like we used to have before.

I like that it's ready to go out of the box for many companies but has a lot of add on features. .

It can get expensive when you start getting into customized use cases.

Clearly Salesforce Sales cloud is the best for lead and opportunity tracking. Salesforce continues to innovate with AI driven scoring so your prioritize with the best chance of a winning deal. And now chat gpt will make it even easier to sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things that you can find at fault in Sales cloud. You can configure it for simple sales. Or do more complex to meet your needs. You could over complicate your own system.

Across 3 divisions and multiple product lines, we can centralize all sales in a single Salesforce org. And create SOPs to keep all sales actions consistent across our business.
