What do you like best about the product?
the opportunities paths is very clear and usefull. You can track all the potential profit and tracking the personal goal of the sales rapresentative. Win probability used in the right way could semplify a lot the business journey
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard dashboard are not really well managed. You can do very few things and something you are not able to give to the customer something understandable and with value

it was able to bring countries around the world to agree on the sales process. Simple and intuitive. One year after our implementationc companies has increase 35% of their revenue

the salesforce cloud is not only a CRM, it is a flexible platform, capable of improve marketing, sales, and employee performance, by the usage o AI and related data of a record.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an user I believe salesforce could improve the mobile interface and as developer should improve debug capabilities.

With salesforce I can easily track my cases and talk with clients

Having all client and sales information in few screens, supporting the opportunity management process from the start to the finalization

field dependency and input vaildation isn't always very clear. A capability to quikcly search for data in a scren would be a benefit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our opty and sales process is very complex, involving several departments. Sales cloud helps us to keep all actors posted on the process

What do you like best about the product?
I lik some of the main capabilities such as: Scalability and Security, Comprehensive Sales Management,Customization and Flexibility and integration Capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like so much the difficult to uderstand all the capabilities since the scenario is very complex so that the Learning Curve is really high. Moreover sometimes is very hard to mantain the migration to other "way to work" suche as for example move from process builder to Flows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Address many concern related to security that are complex to mantain in a On-Prem env. Moreover I can take the benefit to don't care about manage the database, but I need only to create a new object to brings a lot of benefit with fews clocks (datamodel, relation, UI etc)

What do you like best about the product?
The Account and Lead Management are well done and the clients reuse the standard without request of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "person account". We need to have the possibility to disable the feature when the number of accounts increase.

Optimize every stage of the sales funnel.
Easy for beginner sales users, hard for admins!

Super user friendly when it comes to basic out of the box features!

As soon as you start customizing, you lose the ability to easily find support that is "included" with a Salesforce package.

Automatically comm logs everything across all platforms and softwares our sales reps use!
Salesforce is intuitive and easy to use but something more can be done

The applications have been designed to be customized and expanded according to the client's requests to best fit the various stages of sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features have not been implemented one hundred percent. An example could be the report features that do not allow an administrator to change colors outside of the standard palettes or to massively verify which user has subscribed to which record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier, the functionalities within the reports and dashboards should be expanded and improved. New palettes, new subscription modes, and visibility for the administrator to have everything under control.
