A step in the future
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to allow a company to have full control over the entire sales process, to help sellers to dedicate time to the development of the relationship and to speed up and automatize the not value-added activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations regarding products and price lists that can be managed only with a CPQ products. I'm not saying to include the whole CPQ functionalities in Sales but make it a bit more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow sellers to have a unique view of the entire process, mobilize the process and have a fast reporting tool for planning daily activities driven by data and relevance

Build your processes with drag-and-drop simplicity. Automate complex sales processes. High customization possible to build solutions based on business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring and customizing the platform to specific busines needs can be complex and hard to maintain.It has a steep learning curve, with a lot of features and functions to understand and navigate.

Sales Cloud helps companies sell smarter, faster and more efficiently by providing everything the sales teams need on one integrated platform, like manage, monitor and automate sales processes.

I work on a CRM for a client, and the move to Salesforce has simplified many processes

In some aspects of my work I found it too rigid

I would introduce something that can better explain what some elements represent (example: Lead)

Best CRM to use for a business
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM that enables me to implement nearly everything using automation ( features like processes, flows, etc.) without code. We use Web-to-Lead, assignment rules and flows to get more quality leads and improve our lead management overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such! But I feel a few features are very complex to understand like revenue split, enabling /using qoutas for forecasting etc. It will be helpful if there are videos that explains such features using a business case so that I can relate it with my requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Salesforce our lead management process was not efficient but now using all the features that Salesforce provides the lead management is improved a lot. That helped the company to gain the ROI year by year. We are also looking into newly launch AI features, Sales enablement, etc.

I like the most how it is found useful for the business users I help as a consultant, it summarizes all functionalities in a spot

Sometimes people get stuck in pages (elder users) and can't find the way back

it is connecting more sistems (as billing or metering systems) and still giving the idea that all is in the users' hands. Sales user has performed in much better way after the adoption

I have nothing to dislike about Salesforce sales cloud
