What do you like best about the product?
I think Sales Cloud is the best solution to support the sales processes, mainly the customer aquisition. The standard process covers most of customer needs and offers the possibility to unlock future use cases, by using Sales Assistant and Eistein. Looking forward to understand how Sales GPT can improve the sales processes
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to identify something that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is solving a lot of client problem. As Consultant, I'm happy to share and discuss with the clients the capabilities of the solution and how the solution can solve their problems and open to them new opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is very easy to customize and adapt to your business needs. The sales pipeline is clear, going from Opportunity to Quote and Order. Also, the ability to use reports will allow your sales workforce to perform at their best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud should be used in combination with other Salesforce modules for an E2E experience. As an example to provide cases for customer services it's best to rely also on Service Cloud for exploiting all the functionalities related to milestone and entitlements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our workforce to quickly convert leads to accounts and generate opportunities. Also, it allows us to monitor the performance management pipeline through reports and dashboards.

While Salesforce provides mobile apps for on-the-go access, exists some limitations in terms of functionality and user experience compared to the desktop version.

Scalability in terms of data segregations

I used Territory functionality, for me it was very helpfull if territory can work with more object/custom object

With Sales Cloud all Sales Agents was able to use a tool for them sales in one centric system based on Customer 360 view

What do you like best about the product?
It is a comprehensive and very useful tool for implementing an optimal solution for the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's a bit complex for a beginner consultant :)

Help organize the company platform better and the solutions to propose to the client. Personally, it is useful to me for its connections and settings.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity in configuring flows to complete a contract. From lead knowledge to customer retention, the entire process can be managed simply and quickly by the user who uses the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations of the system when it comes to the parallel management of multiple contracts. Some translations from English to Italian that are not correct. The cost to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is able to manage the customer with a 360-degree view, having all the history of the customer's processes and requests under control from a simple screen.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is a tool that makes sales easy and comprehensive. Also it allows for great customization and that is a strong point in the industry. The versatility and the easy of use for me are really important
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the standard elekents that are included are limited and customizing is a bit more complex. With continuos expansion of the standard elements of sales cloud this could be improved and it is improvinn with every release adding more and more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows with much easy to prepare a sales plan and sales path for the products. Through the use of its opportunity object and thr salespath, the whole sales structure is constructed with little effort. It allows the use in a wide variety of industries with need of little change.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to manager every sales process in just one place with a beautiful User Interface, easily, quickly and with all the relevant data in a single page
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe just too related objects to manage. Will be better to have an overview page with some data and then go into details
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
too much data to manage. Thanks to sales cloud it is possible to have a quick view of the status of quotes and opportunity

What do you like best about the product?
The standard feature, them can cover the most of the use case and can be extended if necessary with custom feature.
Sales cloud can cover the most of requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the Moment i can't find nothing that is not working as expected, for sure the expetation from the final user is that this module in the future can integrate more feature in order ti reduce custom code

It help us to satisfy the most of the requirement, for sure every client is different, but the actual offered solution is helping is in our system integrator work
