What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides a wide range of tools to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to opportunity closure. This enables businesses to have a complete view of their sales activities.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that Internet access is essential for using the system and that slow connectivity can slow down access and the use of Sales Cloud. Furthermore, sometimes, when opening cases, the support process can be cumbersome and not very specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a wide range of tools to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to opportunity closure. This enables businesses to have a complete view of their sales activities

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides many features to manage sales processes and to enhance sales performance additionally it can be tailored on your business needs. AI can be added to make your forecast more predictable and to prioritize deals. Additionally all partners can be easily managed and engaged on sales
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of features offered is good. Some Clients pains about the price for licenses and since its complexity a good change management activities are needed to guarantee the right adoption by the client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate and increase productivity of sales reps and increase the customer engagemen. Additionally it has been crucial for monitoring and evaluating sales team by providing ad hoc reports and analytics tools for the scope

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is in Cloud so i can work on it in easy way and in the same moment of all my collegues. I like also the power of this CRM and how it is organized. And I like also all the update to the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud is ok for me, maybe if the licenses would be less expensive it could be more and more used also by the littelst company. Maybe it should be useful to have a license with less functionality but with a low costs.

I work with it, so i can solve with Salesforce Sales Cloud all the problem of my client. Salesforce Sales Cloud have a lot of instrument that i can use for to find the best solution for my client

Cost for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets, Integration with existing systems or third-party applications can sometimes be complex and the multitude of features and customization options can be overwhelming for some users

Good product to reduce time to market and to standardize Sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps to standardize the Sales process related the opportunity lifecycle, forcasting and dashboarding. With a simple product catalogue was easy to have the possibility to aggregate data from product point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud should have a more powerfull document composer to produce documentation related the sales processes because generally it is required to use an external tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solved issue about a gap on Sales processes standardization, each Sales Rep. uses extra system tool like excel. Now all Sales teams using Sales Cloud gived a feedback of a guided solution.

Non-productive sandboxes are very limited and for small customers who do not have a very large budget available it is difficult to structure integrated environments
