What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it is intuitive and easy to learn. Moreover, with Trailhead I can learn the platform with funny tests and quiz.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most about Salesforce Service Cloud is the User Interface, which I think could be more modern, reactive and up-to-date. Also the coding interface are difficult to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving for me are that with it I can keep track of the emails I have sent with Marketing Cloud within the same platform used for CRM purposes
Few constraints, no limits
What do you like best about the product?
It is a system where it is possible to concentrate all the needs of a company, if not directly by integrating with other platforms but still keeping a single system as the master
What do you dislike about the product?
Development console not very functional, to work well you need to integrate a CLI

Management of customer records and sales orders through a single system integrated with the various lecagy

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a starting point to enable client on a lot of perspectives, the journey of the Sales Representative starts there and can go very far, with all the flexibility and scalability of the cloud platform. The easy integration with external system like ERP are just one of the plus. Salesforce demostrate to be always at the cutting edge in terms of innovation and respondence to th needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The solution that we customize and integrate are at the moment a competitive tecnology well perceivd by the Clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the sales fragmentation across th Client's worldwide geography and gives clear tools to report and to support on decision.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that sc includes the majoirty of features needed for sales support in a unique suite. I love the simplicity to apply IA routine to the business and chatbots are amazing to collect data about customer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the use of chatter collaboration, too old, please enhance them. Also the configuration of that are a bit cloudy.Please let add a wizard for the configuration of approval process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the best to aggregate data and use in an efficient way, we have limited our use of excel (we use as input/output spreadsheet) and reports and dashboards are amazing to have all the KPIs in a unique monitor. Prediction tools are also usefull.

Not all aspect of a feature are fully customizable

The use of AI offers maximum automation and productivity to the sales force. It optimizes business processes by aligning sales with marketing and customer service, allowing for faster and smarter decisions.

To get the most out of Salesforce, it is often necessary to customize it significantly, which requires development skills or hiring experienced developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce centralizes all customer and sales data, making it easily accessible and organized. This reduces data silos and allows sales teams to make data-driven decisions.
Outstanding Ecosystem for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud it's the Salesforce ecosystem itself. It allows the end user to use many tools, analytics, flows and apps to unleash a potential which has been hardly seen before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most "stress" is at the system integration side. There are almost no downsides for the end users. Salesforce is a multitenant system, which means that as a System Integrator you have to pay attention at not surpassing the limits. We all hope that all limits will be raised in the future so that everything will be less difficult to implement. However the limits are acceptable and almost everything can be done right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows our client to implement a lot of new features easily and without writing too much code, and also replicating the old system logics and processes was not too painful as it could be using other CRMs.
