What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has a big ecosystem of integrations, setting up but the managing these integrations can be challenging.

The automation process and Integration process allow to engagement of leads and contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides complete support for managing sales processes and customer relationships, both in the B2B and B2C fields. In the software, which can be used online, it is possible to manage leads, define sales automation processes, build, based on available past data, forecasts of future sales, have a detail of orders received and executed, as well as create reports of detail on the progress of the sales process to be shared with stakeholders, all quickly and with very intuitive functions to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is expensive for small businesses or startups with limited budgets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is one of the most important benefits of Salesforce Sales Cloud. It helps users reduce the time it takes to work on leads and send emails. It also helps convert more leads by prioritizing the potential ones.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility to give measure to people relationship

I like the way Salesforce helps defining quality information on the 360 view and on deals

This way you are able to prioritize customer, prospect, leads and deal. So it's easier for you and you team make forecasting and plan future strategies
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this moment. I think that the system foster a great collaboration. Maybe I would just integrate bettere email and social network, being sure that the newest social networks can be linked to saleforce records

Helps me getting more data around different perspectives

How my life has changed in two years of knowing Salesforce Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
I interfaced with Salesforce cloud two years ago, and from there I immediately fell in love. My hunger to learn led me to discover this world that was previously unknown to me. The first impact I had was WOW! , I didn't think there was something so complete and simple that contains so many resources helping the customer improve their experience. My path begins as a Developer on Salesforce, I have always been hungry to learn new programming or automation languages ​​that simplify the lives of us developers but which give a return to the customer who always remains very satisfied. Now I interface as an administrator, I also like this role as it gives you "power" and "decision". To date I have been working only on Salesforce for 2 years, they have been the best two years since I have been a consultant, I wish I had met Salesforce before!
What do you dislike about the product?
To this day I haven't found anything that I don't like, in fact with each passing day I fall more and more in love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce gives us a great hand with the summer and winter sprints, always providing new innovations or improving aspects that perhaps needed to be adjusted

Solving complex sales process by the user friendly and interactive UI

What do you like best about the product?
The complex sales process can be configured using salesforce native drag and drop tool. The UI is so good and with addition of Einstien intelligence the sales team is able to acheive better result with less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue i feel is the cost of the licensen per user is really high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interactive dashboars and reports makes the visulalisation/forecast really easy.
Einstien intiligence helps on deciding chances of lead conversion and other procpect/customer behaviours.
With object relationships the sales planning can be done more effectively as everything is accesible with simple clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Contact and account Management. Keep track of all customers and leads in one place in order to see their contact information , history and interactions with business is really powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the licensing cost is not cheap especiallyfor small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Consultant for most of our customers the possibility to use Sales Cloud to track them sales opportunities and forecast them revenue it is considered as a significant plus.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is an excellent solution in terms of Automation of sales processes, collaboration among various actors, easy data access and navigability.
What do you dislike about the product?
For salesforce sales cloud would need to have the ability to create more complex reports with the standard reporting tool and the ability for more customization of charts and dashboards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problems the solution solves are related to collaboration and immediate usability of data. it gives every level the ability to collaborate with their colleagues and monitor personal and overall trends

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to learn, with big offers of Integration of third-party and add-on options . I started working on it seven year ago!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of limits about automation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving are that I am able to keep track of the emails I have sent with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement in the same platform used for CRM purposes

What do you like best about the product?
"the low code, no code" statement can' t be more true, SSC it's easy to use without lots of customization. It allows the complete digitalization of the customer requirements without spending tons of written codes. The future is now with SSC: as the customer thinks about a new requirement, it could be ready in a few steps!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike about SSC, but we can talk about some improvements: license costs are really high and in some cases the customers is not able to afford it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintanability and scalability, low costs of implementation, user satisfaction, client digitalization, end user satisfaction, good performance, continuous evolution
