Anything you can imagine!
What do you like best about the product?
While we use our Sales Cloud as a CRM, we also leverage it for anything else the team can dream up. We created a method to track Salesforce enhancements and projects - ensuring that we can enhance sales and adapt to customer needs. Salesforce is constantly changing with the market and we stay well ahead of business tends because of it. The ability to use configuration in natural language means we have an entry point for new tech talent and can make changes more quickly, easily and cost effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to make many structural modifications to handle our relationship-based business model. We can't leverage everything out of the box and a more appropriate product is a huge cost and would be a massive lift since we've had to customize so extensively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps us see the shape of our customers and collect data on them and their patterns so we can plan next best actions. We have many, many legacy databases and tools we need to partner Salesforce with and it's always possible.

What do you like best about the product?
UI easy to use. Forecasting easy. Pipeline generation critical to my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many dependencies and fields someone needs to utilize to update sales oops. I wish that stages were easier to use in my daily activity when I'm updating my fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is my single source of truth when it comes to my daily forecasting and opportunity management. I find that opportunities are easier to track and manage.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, can find everything at one place. Love the chat function that makes it easier to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets difficult to login, but overall when I am able to login everyghing works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesforce cloud I have an assured up-to-the minute access to my applications, zero down time and so I am able to help my CRM customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to relate the various touch points over the life cycle of a contract in Salesforce. The best thing is that it's native and no code is necessary!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish list views were more flexible. I wish it were easier to relate across objects for reports and dashboards. If it were easier to migrate to lightning, we would have migrated years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides one place for sales staff to manage their sales engagements and transactions. Automated internal and external service and support teams. E use cases to track efforts in 11 different areas.

It! doesn't matter the industry you are working, the Salesforce sales cloud will help you manage your business. In agribusiness sales it is also important to have a 360 view of your customers and partners. Salesforce it is a great platform to customize your solution tailored to the specific needs

Sometimes it is a easy to customize that can became hard to governing

Good solution to handle seed sales and royalties. Too similar but still different products.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our quote to cash piplines are automated now. We are using Saleaforce platform event to trigger the flow which removes manual intervention.

All data in one place, reporting is easy, and it has integrated into our storefront.

What do you dislike about the product?
Classic and lightning are so different it's hard to get the team to adopt. Also, we built so many custom objects and fields in the past it is getting hard to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All data in once place. And tracking what our team is doing when. It also helps us run detailed reports on what our students are doing. Valuable insight into the communication.

Salescloud has a Simple user interface that is intuitive to the end user. It has all information available for sales team to aggressively pursue revenue opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing is very expensive per user. Currently we aren't using sales cloud as system of record for all customer data, I would like to see an easy way to centralize the customer data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales cloud is assisting us in managing pipeline. It is also improving our lead conversion. Best of all we embed custom solutions for pricing and rfp management.

No email to lead feature. We need it so we can generate leads using email alerts from external websites.

What do you dislike about the product?
About space consuming. It's expensive keeping all data in Salesforce. A Backup and Restore processe/tool need to be connected to Salesforce Sales Cloud a soon as possible to avoid performance issue in the future.

Well, with SF Cloud we could manage our recurring gifts, increasing the revenue. The CRM automatically creates the opportunities according to forecast and according to the opportunity close date, payments are sent to the payment gateway.
