Sales Cloud has everything that I need to support a healthy sales team.

Although attribution is linked more closely to Marketing Cloud, it's a necessity for the sales teams I've worked on as well. I wish it was included.

It's helping us keep the sales team on track.

What do you like best about the product?
It has provided my sales team with the tools and information to be more productive and efficient resulting in a significant increase in year over year revenue. Team is now more focused and enabled to grow their business. They are set up for better success and will drive our company to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previous sales reps and manager were pushy and very aggressive often not listening to our company's needs. But I think we are past that now.

It is providing access to all of our Customer information in one place, illustrating critical and essential data succinctly and intuitively to make important decisions and develop strategies accordingly.

Salesforce is the industry standard CRM and every SaaS company I've worked for has used it as the source of truth for managing customer information and opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked most views in Salesforce Classic better than Lightning because of the single page displaying all information (optionally) for all records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified source of truth for customer communication and opportunity tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Sales guide, lead flows and entire life cycle of lead to opportunity to order. This has been a great experience for our 700 + contact centre staffs.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment however it would be good to have more telephony capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Omni channel and customer 360 and sales guided journey were key items lacking with ability to quickly prepare some reports... sales cloud has been excellent in all these and others

There are many automation options to choose from to make the user experience more enjoyable.

The platform itself has limits which makes it difficult for an admin to achieve some company requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead conversion mapping helps us when the record becomes an opportunity. The vital information pertaining to that person/business can be mapped over.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize my work so that everything is just two clicks away is incredible. I've never been able to visualize my strategic account-level plans like I can today because of Sales Cloud. Thank you!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was more training needed than we expected. The previous Salesforce sales reps I worked with, before our current one did not understand B2B sales. They were too aggressive and pushy. Cynthia Miller is our current Sales Professional. She is great and we really like working with her!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales productivity, effectiveness, efficiency gains, and employee engagement are all improving because of Sales Cloud. For the first time we have a forward looking view of our sales pipeline. It's AMAZING!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive sales tool for users and possiblity of integrating different channels make it much more easy for sales reps to sell and have the visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licences cost of various add ons can sometime really hinder to give the best options to users.
