What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the customization you can add to make it easier for your reps to input and forecast their deals
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact you can't put accounts, contacts and assets on the same report easily.

Easily tracking deals, forecasting, and finding customer data

Sales tracability, pipeline and reporting It gives me a clear view of every opportunity and helps my team collaborate effectively to close deals faster.

Sometimes it feels a bit complex to configure or customize without admin support.

Easy to configure without need for massive hard coding. Only some automations needing coding support from our partner.
Scalability.
Support from Finland Salesforce organization has been great

UI is user friendly but outlook could be bit more modern.

Getting the real 360 on our customes and making our employees daily life much easier and more fun!

Too many great features to learn and too few time to implement those 😀

In general there are very few issues that can't be overcome with training!

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud can be used OOB to manage pipeline of any organization. It helps sales team to manage their opportunities and collaborate with colleagues and customers in a whole new way with the introduction of co-pilot or AI. Super excited to introduce new CRM+AI in our organization.

Nothing that I can think of. Have been using for more than 15 years and it has evolved into a better product since then

What do you like best about the product?
The interface, very easy to use and to manager all your opoortunties and sashboards at The same time.
Ir sincronize with your Outlook, Gmail and teams, very good tool

Sometimes It is slow in loading The Pagés and the new features are not included in the básic lucense.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows a business to keep track of everything that relates to the customer experience within the sales process and the customer maintenance process as well. Customer 360 was one of the greatest things to happen to Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a stand alone it's just ok. Needs the whole 360 complement to really have the great functionality that it proclaims to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring and email tracking help to keep the sales funnel flowing.
