Leading CRM with efficient sales management and technology capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
My key positive with sales cloud versus other competitors is how easy it is to navigate, see all of my deals and manage the activity across accounts or contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need for 'custom' work to do things that should be simple or out of the box. We rely heavily on apex or complex solutions which quickly means that the platform 'grows legs' and without properly managing it can cause issues for the teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From an internal perspective we are tracking all deals from a centralised place that can then easily be reported on.
When supporting customers, we are solving problems relating to their business processes across customer services and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the fact that all of my data is one place and that as an admin I have access to view customer data, account data and enrollment data. Being able to have the visibility of this, allows me to work with my team on a daily basis to ensure the operational piece of our business is functioning not only effectively but that our teams efficiency is aligned appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I would like to learn more about, not necessarily dislike, is that there is a significant amount of custom fields that are occasionally used out of context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Salesforce Sales cloud has solved and is continuing to solve is the visblity and reporting around our lead, sales and custom reporting. Sales Cloud has provided the visbility around all of this data allowing it to be in one place.

Provides CRM capabilities for sales team that's easily configured for technical & non-technical admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes limitations on Core features are not resolved despite community input which leads to long-term work arounds.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud system is unparalleled. The AI technology allows you to aggregate customer data and preferences to create a seamless customer journey. With the customer at the center, all functions in your business start to work in unison to create the best experience for the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is rapidly evolving, now even more so with Einstein co-pilot. Creating processes to level up your customers skills is going to be increasingly more important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's empowering our business to use data in real time to enhance and refine how we service our customers. Through this journey, our commercial organization is raising the bar in how we do businesses.
For a sales person everything is in one place and I can instantly see where I am on each deal.

The path at the top of each Opportunity is fantastic especially when it leads into the Kansan board.

Need a better way to create a hierarchy of Opportunities

It helps us to prioritise which deals to pursue, saving us time and making us far more efficient.

Salesforce sales cloud makes my day to day workflows much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease and use of reports and dashboards. I also like the ability to track sales opportunities and provide coaching comments to help drive sales to closed/won. CPQ also makes my teams day to day workflows easier streamlining the sales process and allows us to track sales all in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is easy to use and I don't have any areas that I would recommend changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is providing insight on customer interactions and helping us understand what products customers are buying. It is also helping us identify growth areas for sales representatives when it comes to engaging with customers to moves sales through the sales cycle.
