Sales cloud is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us manage our client relationships and deal pipeline. Sales cloud is a great product that comes with a variety of Sales features out of the box, as well as a multitude of ways to customize it according to your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Sales cloud implementation has grown over the years and its no longer as flexible as we need to be because of the size and complexity of our instance. Need a way to reign in our tech debt in order to keep up with releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our immediate needs for client relationship and pipeline management. Sales cloud also provides a way to capture and use data to produce actionable insights to our sellers.

What do you like best about the product?
Having access to all your data at your fingers anywhere you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I don't like about Sales Cloud. You can customize it to fit the needs of your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to capture all of our prospects and activities in one place and provide detailed reporting and dashboards to our users.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface of sales cloud is user friendly. Reports and dashboard easily manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot see reports in draft status. If we don't save it goes away and have to start from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Viewing sub tabs instead of redirecting to the next page. We can switch back and forth, we can easily see contact contacts or oppree we record..

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows our reps to store all their activities, opportunities,account information all in one place. It also allows our sales leaders to easily view how their teams are doing
What do you dislike about the product?
The visualizations out of the box are dated, but I'm excited to utilize the new visuals that are coming out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving keeping our business processes between departments in one program

Sales Cloud is useful for various sales activities, forecast, activities, analysis.To input many activities is powerful customer database

Nothing. Some sales person don't want to input activities. Taking root is so difficult for sales person. Many Salesforce administrators are trying taking root

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud is suitable for businesses of all sizes and levels. We can achieve a lot with just the out-of-the-box features. It includes dedicated AI, intelligent insights providing Next Best Actions (NBAs), seamless integration with existing corporate systems, automation opportunities, and secure data sharing. It also aids in forecasting and tracking the performance of the sales team and helps improve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While integration with other systems sounds interesting, it sometimes comes with a license prerequisite for connectors or third-party plugins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better reporting mechanisms other than the standard reports for leadership teams with easier customization.

What do you like best about the product?
Increase the productivy of the sales agents, the sales managers and CEO has the updates vision of sales, sales people can do their job easier

The cost is to high and sometimes qe see the benefits but is hard to pay

Colaboration with all business units and track the advace of the opportunity

Simple interface that's easy for our Salesforce to navigate so they can focus on what they do best, sale!

Poor data quality. We need to focus on better data governance to fuel Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has all the basic functionality that you would need for a Sales process. Salesforce continues to improve and make feature available at no cost. From an administrator perspective there are great tools to automate processes that can be done without a developer
What do you dislike about the product?
With the abilty to customize comes with the downside of you needing to define a process. The system can only do so much out of the box that will help your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currenly using it mostly as a basic sales tracking but we hope to engage with better features as we move forward. The basic functionality gives us enough value to justify the purchase

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is feature rich platform that allows users to get the insights they are looking to get to help their customers with integrations built in with other great products within the ecosystem
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slowly becoming large enough to get lost. We should also invest in depreciation where it makes sense.
