What do you like best about the product?
It helps manage the pipeline. We use it for managing leads, opportunities and customers. It helps provide insights and helps sales people be more effective
What do you dislike about the product?
It coukd use some AI capabilities in terms of hiw it is setup. We need Einstein to send recommendations to sales rep to tackle the most important lead first and risk analysis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud solves our pipelkne management issues and also helps with prividing executive level insights into the pipeline. It helps generate quick reports and feeds into maketing.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is the gold standard for CRM. Feature-rich and forever improving, Sales Cloud helps sellers where they need to be - in front of customers equipped with all the relevant information

Data Entry - I see Einstein opening up avenues to facilitate that. I hope there is more focus from Salesforce on that aspect

We are all using it across the company, so it becomes the single source of truth for account and deal data.

The amount of functionality can get in the way when I have simple tasks to complete.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has made significant improvements over the last 10 years with predictive tools and much better reporting.
The AppExchange and outisde 3rd party integrations also make it a clear advantage over other products.

What do you dislike about the product?
The classic to lightning switch has been challenging to get used to. Some of the legacy visual force pages need to be revised to work in lightning. It would be nice to have easier transition to lightning tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps organize a very complex buying process, we are able to identify and manage multiple accounts across one single project opportunity. This helps increase our win rates.
Sales Cloud is key to any Revenue Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Since being part of Salesforce ecosystem ten years ago, Sales Cloud has been the focal point of any Revenue Operations. Kudos to Salesforce for 25 years of continuous improvement and success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Credentialing / Permissions / User Management can be improved, which I believe is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue operations and integration with other downstream PSA and Billing.
A system that improves productivity
What do you like best about the product?
It solves all my business needs. Always expanding and growing. Great support system. It allows me to see my customers and tasks in one page. I don't have to have many logins to keep track of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts are hard to learn. For example, learning forecasts is hard due to a lot of pieces inside of them.

Keeping track of sales deals in real time.
