I like how easy it is to use, fast and that it has everything in one place, from leads to deals to contacts and more..

the UI isn’t the most intuitive and can get pricey pretty fast

Its helping me with leads and sales, and follow-ups being one of the most important

Sometimes can be lost as it offers a broad range of features

Keeping communication with respective leads and easy contact sharing internally between marketing and sales

The fact that, as a user, you can use the system from anywhere

If Salesforce is not set up well enough, then as a user you frequently run into issues with permissions that prevent you from getting on with your work.

All information is centralized in 1 place giving you 1 single source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
This CRM software is an industry standard. So, it's easy to navigate in the platform or ask for help to get what you need as a Sales Rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel like some more modern view are missing (e.g. Kanban or Sankey)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SFDC solves problems like inefficient sales processes, lack of visibility into customer interactions. In short, you gain time and viability on your pipeline.
A great tool for a large or growing business!

SalesCloud helps track all my data, stay organized, and have knowledge of everything going on in my organization, and pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a downside, but a little bit of a learning curve. Like anything that is worth while, you need to learn how to use it properly to get the most out of it. There are many features that can be added as well that can make it more powerful.

Salesforce keeps us orgainzed. Maps our accounts and relationships, our GTM stratgey, and or pipeline.
