What do you like best about the product?
Honestly being able to not just easy search and pulls everything related to what you put but the easy user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you dont understand where to go then you are lost. is not something that you can figure out on your own.

What I like most is how centralized and customizable everything is. I can easily track customer cases, view interaction history, and log updates across multiple channels in one place. The ability to automate follow-ups, use quick text, and customize reports makes it very efficient for managing customer service workflows. It also integrates well with other tools we use, streamlining my daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the interface can be overwhelming or unintuitive—especially for newer users. At times, it's slow to load or gets laggy during peak hours, and setting up custom reports or dashboards can require help from admins. The learning curve is a bit steep for advanced features, and some processes feel more complex than necessary.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve the problem of fragmented customer data by centralizing all customer interactions, case histories, and transaction details in one place. This makes it easier for me to provide fast, accurate support and track follow-ups without switching between multiple systems. It also helps reduce errors and improves collaboration across teams by allowing us to share updates in real time. With customizable case views and automation features, I can handle more cases efficiently and ensure customers receive consistent and timely updates, which directly improves their experience and satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and organized Salesforce is. The ability to keep large teams on the same page with their data is most paramount. Anyone who is still using Excel needs to switch today!
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any new system, it takes a lot of work to get used to new workflows and understanding Salesforce. You need to have someone come in as an implementor and designer to set everyone up for success because it is so robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a data integrity issue. Having so many people using so many different spreadsheets as a source of truth is a nightmare. Salesforce unifies our data and keeps our team members on the same page.

salesforce helps me in easy navigation of my day to day lead creation and opportunity follow ups and admission track as well. it helps me in managing all the reports at one place .it's very helpful CRM

sometimes it creates link errors and tech errors due to which payment tracking is very difficult . however it gets resolved on time

i have been using it from last 2 years and it's very beneficial for my target completion and has made my lead history access easy and convenient.

As someone in inside sales, I rely on Salesforce daily to track leads, log calls, and manage follow-ups. The best part is how customizable it is, the dashboards, reports, and automations make it easier to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
Integrations with email and dialers save time, and it's great for seeing where deals are in the pipeline at a glance.

It's not very user-friendly at first. Without proper onboarding, it's easy to miss features or use the system inefficiently. Even small changes often need admin support. The layout can feel clunky and slow, especially when switching between tabs or looking up past activities.

I can easily forecast based on deal stages, identify stalled leads, and plan outreach accordingly. It also makes team visibility better so managers can see where support is needed, and I can align my daily tasks with broader sales goals.
