"Salesforce is incredibly powerful, but its complexity can be a barrier to entry. More interactive tutorials, personalized learning paths, and intuitive search functions would greatly improve user experience."

"Salesforce Sales Cloud has become my central hub for managing all things sales. It eliminates the need to juggle multiple apps and spreadsheets, providing a clear overview of my deals, tasks, and customer relationships. Great Analytics Sales Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to create multiple dashboards per sections created, making shareable links for these and just having all the connected CRM information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might have a learning curve due to its advanced capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the information in one place and collaborating with the team to be able to do bulk updates.
Not a smooth ride, but starting to level out
What do you like best about the product?
Familiar and consistent format and function, history of activity visible, integration with ServiceCloud and MarketingCloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation was not smooth and cost a great deal more than quoted, customer support has not always been stellar, requires a ton of customizations to do basic functions around ACV calculations, SaaS subscription management is not always easy to show correctly. Everything requires customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of leads and opportunities has made a big difference in our organization and the ability to have a true account management structure.

Salesforce provides all the tools needed in a CRM to manage your sales pipeline.

Can sometimes be limited by the configuration that your organization has set up.

Hosts all our customer/prospect data.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Salesforce is a great tool for companies who want insights but don't care about ease of use. It's so much easier to use than programs before it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processes like IBP for Supply Chain governance may benefit from so many points of data in one place - but it can be cumbersome to navigate. I still believe there is a better way, as a systems designer, I would like to see a program that integrates in a simple smooth way rather than trying to imitate the brain. I also think it's integration has led to it being more expensive which doesn't translate well to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a Quality Assurance Analyst with a focus on DQE so my interactions with Salesforce have been (third-party) in order to audit the quality of the QA or Data systems companies use. I cannot afford to run the program as an individual and do not see myself doing so.
Best lead management software
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best tool available in the market related to lead & contact management which helps companies or individuals to reach customers faster and reach their target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently nothing to my knowledge as it has most of the features available including customizable reports etc.. which are very much useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Sales Cloud we use to have different spreadsheets and also using a separate dialer for customer calls which is very much time consuming. Tracking the calls made from dialer and integrating with CRM was a manual job but now with Sales cloud, we do not really need to worry about it as it is taken care.
Efficient cloud platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good CRM tool to have,it si been used frequently and its very easy to use and understand, it has enhanced sales efficiency with features like lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting empowering teams to manage their pipelines more effectively and make informed decisions based on data insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
cost is one of the factor, sometimes customer service is not responsive. Also has some data storage limitations, Integrating can be challenging sometimes

it solves the basic need of having a CRM which is affective and can be widely used across the company as its easy to understand access and implement, helps us in sales analytics forecasting and taking business decisions
Salesforce Benefits to users and customers.
What do you like best about the product?
You can view history settings, manage your sales, view your previous and recent logs, and track all interactions

The sales force does not have a recording feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce now has a feature called Salesforce lightning and is currently benefiting a different LOB which has an option to utilize its search engine easier.

I like how ours bridges directly to our customer/ agent webpage and bridges the information back over

Sometimes the tabs change if you hit a link to a phone number then i lose the tab i am on when i get on the phone with the client
