What do you like best about the product?
What we appreciate most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its powerful combination of customization, scalability, and real-time visibility into our sales pipeline. The platform’s intuitive interface makes it easy for our sales team to track leads, manage opportunities, and automate routine tasks—freeing them up to focus on what really matters: building strong customer relationships and closing deals.

The AI-powered insights from Einstein help us prioritize leads more intelligently, while customizable dashboards give our managers the tools they need to monitor performance and forecast revenue with confidence. The integration with other tools in the Salesforce ecosystem has also helped us break down silos between departments and maintain a 360-degree view of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud offers a robust set of features, the platform can feel overwhelming at first—especially for new users or smaller teams without dedicated Salesforce admins. The customization options are powerful, but configuring them correctly often requires technical expertise or support from certified consultants, which can add to initial setup time and cost.

Additionally, the pricing structure can be complex, and costs can quickly add up as you scale or add more advanced features. We’ve also noticed that some integrations require additional licensing or third-party tools, which can be frustrating for companies expecting everything to be native.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, our sales team struggled with fragmented customer data, inconsistent lead follow-ups, and limited visibility into the sales pipeline. We relied heavily on spreadsheets and manual processes, which led to inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and inaccurate forecasting.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has centralized our customer information, automated key sales processes, and provided our team with real-time insights into deal progress and performance metrics. As a result, we've seen improved lead conversion rates, shorter sales cycles, and better collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer service teams. What do you like best about the product?
As someone who's joined sales, it gives you a full history so you can get familiar with the account
What do you dislike about the product?
Everythign works but the layout seems a bit old for someone whos young, maybe a better aesthetic would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving history and providing data which if not available would make data management harder and tedious

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can find a contact's entire history from an email address, and that helps you make decisions quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is probably possible to eliminate duplicate email accounts for better reading of the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has helped me make faster, more informed decisions thanks to the up-to-date and historical information it consistently displays.

What i dislike it's that if 2 accounts have similar name the platform should trigger a notification to let you know about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, with a number of great features which improve with frequent use.

Very good at displaying figures and supporting Data analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a bit outdated compared to newer models, more integration for AI are needed along with interaction into work systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Worked as a CRM for my business, very good as an all in one system, but improvements are needed for outside integration

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud's flexibility is what I appreciated most about it. It's tailoring options can fit almost any sales process and it has a great ability of being able to integrate with pretty much any marketing/sales tool.

The dashboard givs me clear visibility into my pipeline, has become a vital part of my sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bigest downside has to be it's complexity. Its customized workflows will need admin support early on, which can slow down early processes.

However once we were up to speed, it was ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fully solves the issue of managing a high volume pipeline. I always struggled with inconsitent follw ups and visibility into my pipeline.

It allowed me to streamline my process and reduce the manual work of managing the data.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of features, especially when it comes to reporting. It integrates with pretty much everything in the sales sphere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very complicated and hard to learn how to use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking calls, analytics, all kinds of different reporting options.

What do you like best about the product?
Every piece of data i could need as an SDR on customers and prospects is in salesforce, its great and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. Initially it took me a couple of months to get used to using the software but apart from that its been very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps as i put new prospects in sequence, i can export all contacts into outreach which streamlines the process and makes it seamless.
