What do you like best about the product?
It's features are really awesome, we can integrate with other software and make the things easy to do, best for doing sales for the business running it helps to manage proficiently and helps in making profit
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much , all Salesforce cloud is providing is awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to integrate with Postman easily to get data through rest api and many more features alongwith it helping to manage the business application smoothly without any much effort and coding

What do you like best about the product?
By buying a few Salesforce licences you get access to the whole platform - invest some time to learn it and you can build almost any application you want for your business. Go further and start your own SaaS business on Salesforce.

The platform is powerful that can be set up quite quickly and integrated with other business systems
What do you dislike about the product?
Extremely expensive vs the competition (although SF can be pressed on discounts especially now)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of data and establishing a defined process

One of the most Analytics/GEN AI ready cloud solution For your company CRM.

Salesforce has always been the top notch priority for corporate For the customer relationship. There cloud offering takes all these advantages on cloud and adds in layer of AI/ML for businesses to really take data driven decision making.

They also allow integration with other tools like your AWS, Azure, and Databricks Really help you get the best Solution from third-party service providers
What do you dislike about the product?
They offer also also integrations with third-party service providers, however, the integrations are not really easy and user-friendly while in development stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company receives many Inquiry emails about the product that we offer.
Salesforce cloud really helps us track all these mails and also score these lead based on a pre-parameter to really pick the qualified leads.

It also allows us to very easily change the parameters used for qualification such as clarity, scope, type of requirements expected ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
The best platform where agents like us from our corporate office and the employees who are working at airport can be connected and share real time base updates

The tat period updation for the closed ticket and regeneration of old ticket.

It is the most comprehensive solution in the market

Nothing at all! This is the best CRM out there

This allows for greater insights into sales for leadership, forecasting, managing deal cycles, creating proposals, and managing attainment

What do you like best about the product?
In the company we collect the leads for the clients for websites or creating web apps. The dashboard kinda save time in managing colleague and the client they're attending
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough documentation, everything seems to be very far fetched written, not to the point with examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more advantages towards organizational level I'd say but me personally, I really like the easy availability and access of information, on the go, on my phone. 📱

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is easy to use, especially when tracking the Sales Pipeline. There were a couple of integration of third party applications that looked seamlessly connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances that we have to switch from Lightning to Classic Salesforce to access some data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline Hygiene - the easiness of updating the sales pipeline which cuts the time needed to focus more on important tasks.
