Highly Configurable CRM That Powers Sales Success

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is extremely strong as a central CRM, it gives a clear view of the full pipeline, accounts, and activities in one place. The biggest upside is how configurable it is: we can adapt stages, fields, dashboards, and automation to match our sales process instead of forcing the team into a rigid workflow. Reporting and forecasting are also a major win, leadership gets reliable pipeline coverage, rep activity, and conversion insights with dashboards that update in real time. Integrations are another highlight, it connects well with common tools (email, marketing, support, data enrichment), which helps keep records accurate and reduces manual updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility comes with complexity. Initial implementation and ongoing admin work can be heavy if you do not have a dedicated owner, and small process changes can take longer than expected. The UI can feel crowded, and new users often need training before they are fully productive. Costs can add up quickly once you include add ons and advanced features. Data quality also depends on strong governance, without clear rules, it is easy to end up with inconsistent fields or duplicated accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us standardize the sales process across the team and keep everyone working from the same source of truth. It solves the problem of scattered customer information by consolidating contacts, account history, deal notes, and activity tracking in one system. It also improves forecasting accuracy by making pipeline stages, next steps, and probabilities more consistent. For revenue operations, it reduces manual reporting work and makes performance visible by rep, segment, and product, which supports better prioritization and coaching. The overall benefit is better pipeline hygiene, clearer accountability, and more predictable revenue management.

What do you like best about the product?
Mostly, I like Salesforce Sales Cloud because I can connect from everywhere. From my mobile, laptop, from everywhere. It helps me to analyze all the data assigned, and the initial setup was very, very easy.

I would like to work always in the same way and not be opening different work pages.

What do you like best about the product?
The data management of the with anf building the good data relationship with client to manage their data sales cloud also helps to enhance their business and track their data to get more crystal clear idea where and client can hands their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some certains limitations regarding the sales cloud while coming to the licences and the fluctuation between the UI so that user could get a particular clear idea that what they want from the software and what they do not want when they are using the licence is so it could be better to give and previously a good idea on their customer need so it can be a sales cloud service cloud health club any so the customer would not be or the user would not be very confused using their entire there in target.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
This product is straightforward to use and makes development easy. I find it enjoyable, and the learning curve is gentle, making it accessible even for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security management features are quite complex, and I have noticed that some pages can be slow to load at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles the entire sales process, from lead to quote, efficiently. Once the order is prepared, it can be easily booked into our ERP system.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce's sales cloud is one of the best bacause of its end to end sales cycle which is highlly custamizable and user frienddly. There are several things such as the standard objects and the previlage to create custom objects and other things as per the business requirements. I woork as a developer and the lightning flows is life saver because I don;t need to write a single line of code to autoate several things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing which I dislike about salesforce sales cloud is that the lightning UI is is sometimes takes too much time to get loaded. For example, If I make any kind of changes in the page layout or in flexi page (lightning record page) it takes too much time to get reflected which is a headache for me as a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one of the most common problem that salesforce sales cloud is solving is the filling the gaps between different channels of a business because it provides a 360* data view. For any business sales and service are the most important things. Sales cloud offers us platform to keep everything in 360 view so that the business can have their maxium outcome out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its flexibility with other types of software and programs, and how well it works with the programs. It benefits the team by saving us a lot of time and labor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the cost it is expensive to use compared to other cloud services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps declutter our business's hard drive, boosts marketing efforts, and simplifies job bidding, especially in industrial HVAC. Its integration flexibility saves our team time and labor. Personally, it saves me at least thirty minutes a day and operates efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like sales cloud Reporting and Dashboard as this gives me more idea on the open opportunities. I also like the automation part as it automatically populates the some of the fields according to the conditions fulfilled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a lot of time because of the many automation in the backend, also its UI can be improved as it confuses the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps us refine the lead from our campaign. Also its sales pipeline let us know each step of the sales process which my company uses.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about sales cloud is the end to end journey of a lead, I can see the business is getting the lead and the entire journey of the lead is something that gives a lot of insight - where to put in more efforts to convert the lead and where the process is going smooth.
Then to have opportunity and product in the same view is additional benefit. This makes the business more efficient without adding much customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lightning record page changes takes quite some time to refresh and reflect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have one client and that is a greenfield implementation - but still the entire standard lead and opportunity process is so similar that it is very easy for the team to explain everything to the client. The buttons on lead, the lead path makes it easy for the client team to adapt to salesforce and make a transition from excel to CRM.
