Excellent customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
My credit card was compromised and they immediately issued me a new card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I asked to get an increase on my spending limit. My CEO said he extended the credit, yet it didn't happen. I just happened to be on the Brex site and saw that I had to initiate the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They process my receipts in an easy to use platform.
Brex Makes It Super Easy to Categorize and Confirm Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can text a picture of your receipt or the situation (took a picture of the parking machine screen in a paperless situation) and that picture automatically gets uploaded and attached to the matching / most recent transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
In other credit card situations the power users accumulate lots of essentially "Free" points they can cash in for themselves, not sure if these points at least go to the company, which would make sense, or how you compete with the points back methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it super easy to see which expenses you need to leave a comment or receipt on, and makes it so your company can set the rules of those limits. Also shows a great list of what you still need to confirm.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Brex. The minute I pay for something as an expense, I get notified by the app to upload my receipt, especially if the expense is more than $50. Create notification infrastructure!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very rarely, the app sometimes glitches. This isn't a huge deal, usually, I just exit the app and restart the app. This isn't a hassle for me, it takes a couple extra seconds to get back and going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping solve me file my business expenses and this is huge. The fact that I can have an app track all my expenses and send me reminders to upload receipts is really nice and super useful.
Super easy UX and it has been so helpful!

The user experience. It is very easy to submit receipts and get reimbursed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!!! I think it is very easy to use and like everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service! No matter who you speak with, everyone is very good at what they do. Clearly Brex is doing a good job at recruiting and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin on the account, it would be helpful if I had more capabilities. I understand there are limits due to security but it's a bit much for someone with my needs.

Brex is making our accounting very easy.

The dashboard makes it easy to track expenses and upload receipts. It is intuitive and easy to use.

The search feature is confusing sometimes and I found myself uploading different receipts in the wrong expense

I really do not have much to dislike at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows me to refund both tenants and owners on the property management side of things. This is much easier than the previous process that I was using.
Best Credit Card Yet!
What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency of the card works so well in all markets and the security feature is amazing. I get instant reports on my phone and I get temporarily blocked when anything is fictitious.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work for some significant African airlines like Kenya Airways; I have to use a third party to book, which works well for me, but I think I would like to be able to pay directly to the airline as its a major one in Africa and travel booking is easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me book my travel, explore new markets and travel the world without fearing my card being rejected by any hotels, airlines, or establishments worldwide. It gives me the comfort and safety of international travel.
