Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You pay per user each month under a contract. Pricing splits into two dimensions based on where each user is located. Domestic Users covers US-based users, and International Users covers non-US-based users. One unit equals one user for one month in each category. Your total scales with how many users you add in each group. This lets companies with both US and international teams pay according to their actual mix of user locations.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit equals one person given access to the platform for one month. Domestic Users are your US-based people, and International Users are those outside the US. You count each individual once per month in their location group. Adding or removing people changes the unit count for that month.
The two dimensions bill independently and add together. You are charged for each US-based person under Domestic Users and each non-US person under International Users. Your total is the sum of both counts each month. Companies with mostly US teams see cost driven by the Domestic dimension.
Cost scales per user in each location group. Adding a US-based person raises the Domestic Users count; adding someone outside the US raises the International Users count. Each new person adds one unit for that month in their group. Removing a person lowers the count for the following month.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app makes uploading receipts VERY EASY! I'm an employee at a company that facilitates Brex for us. From that standpoint, using Brex is nearly effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't came across any downsides to using Brex. It is straight-forward and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it to where I'm not tied to my computer or laptop to enter in copious amounts of information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience of capturing my account expenses in real time as they occur with Brex. The app is helpful for uploading receipts and capturing memos and travel logs without waiting until the end of the day. I appreciate being able to take a quick picture instead of uploading a receipt, which saves time and avoids confusion. The centralized location for expenses ensures everyone is responsible for their own travel expenses, making it easier for the finance department. Setting up Brex was very easy, with a smooth process and quick setup time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really had any issues with the Brex app or website, but I was confused at first because there was no submit button when entering information for a specific task or expense. I wasn't sure if the information was being captured correctly. I suggest adding a submit or save button on the app to make it clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex to solve the problem of real-time accounting for my expenses. It lets me upload receipts and capture memos and travel logs instantly. It centralizes expense management, increases accountability among users, and simplifies reporting for the finance department.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex eliminates the need to hang on to physical receipts and makes tracking my mileage and expenses a simple, easy part of my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to prepare the report in Excel just to submit it in a different app. Brex streamlines the process and makes reporting much simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Brex very easy to use, especially when I travel a lot in Mexico. It helps me avoid creating Mexican invoices, which is a long and boring process, saving me a lot of time. I like that the card is accepted in all kinds of restaurants, hotels, and gas stations. The app is very friendly and makes it easy to see all movements and limits. Plus, I receive a notification to my WhatsApp every time I use it. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a button in the phone app to download a PDF report with my balance. It would also be helpful to add a PDF report feature for all my expenses and for my team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex for business travel in Mexico; it saves me time by avoiding the long process of creating invoices. The card is accepted everywhere, and the app is user-friendly, showing transactions and limits at a glance.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the first time I've used Brex for expense reporting purposes. I really like how easy it is to not only use the card for expenses, but also the simplicity of tracking expenses with easy upload capability. I also like the rating feature that rewards you for complete expense tracking.

I am a new user, and so far there are no issues using Brex.
