Simple and easy to use

The ease at which I can track, document and report expenditures

The ability to take a picture of my receipts and add them to my account helps me maintain accuracy and prevents the loss of receipts on a business trip. I just take a pic, then import it to the charge notation. So easy
Very solid platform with useful features
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are the best feature. The search function is probably the most useful and effective feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was one glitch that I really disliked. A Brex card became compromised. When I close and requested a new card, the replacement card really didn't replace the aspects of the previous card, which created some issues at the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is incredibly helpful in tracking financial transactions and spending rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Taking pictures of the receipts is super easy. Their notifications on spending limits are always helpful. The design of the platform is clear and simple to use.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Brex!

Brex makes it easy for me to purchase what I need for my business without unnecessary steps and limitations.
Great Access & Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love the app; it makes it so easy to put in receipts and memos for my company charges. They also handled my stolen card very quickly and with ease. I appreciate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with them so far. I needed my card in a rush, they shipped it FedEx, no problem; my card was stolen, they froze the card before I even knew it was stolen, easy peasy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've made it so easy to put in receipts and memos for each charge which takes a lot of work off our finance department, and I don't have to keep all the receipts and such after long trips.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Brex is that there are no annual fees or foreign transactions. Brex is known to make the costs money from the fees they get from the merchants. I'm currently using Brex as a business card for work. I LOVE IT and will recommend it to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a bad experience with Brex. If something goes wrong, I've had Customer support, and the person in charge of Brex fixes the issue immediately. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Brex added a Budget meter which is helping everyone how to manage the amount they have on their card by saving and using their card as needed. I love to save money, and I love to apply it at work as well.
Easy to use. Reliable support.
What do you like best about the product?
I had an issue with my card, and was able to get a replacement without interacting with anyone. This is a great feature when it works, as most of us prefer AI to work as we think it should.

My replacement card took a week to get to me. An option to pay for overnight mail would be excellent.

Brex makes it very simple to get employees credit cards for business spending.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has one of the best online experiences I have used compared to other online banking platforms

The reporting is a little hard to find at first, but once you get the hang of it the statements are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solves my online banking needs and makes it easy for me as a business owner and accountant to do the books in an efficient way.
Brex makes it super easy to categorize expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is extremely easy to use. It is super simple to set up an account and the process of requesting a physical card and its delivery is extremely fast. I've reached out to their support team couple of times and have always been happy with the way inquiries are resolved by their support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times I wish Brex had better querying system -- There are times our customers send payments into our Brex accounts, and I'd love for the system to pull transactions based on value inputted; I've noticed that the system sometimes glitches and doesn't pull transactions if I query them by inputting dollar values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes managing and reconciling business expenses easy and convenient. Using Brex has saved me a ton of time because of the powerful automation controls available.
Good but not great
What do you like best about the product?
Cash management account and high interest rates.

No built-in expense reimbursement, which makes it pretty limiting.
