Very useful variety of solutions.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility Brex provides to submit different types of payments to various recipient types.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something I dislike, but I would suggest for more filter options whenever doing a search of transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with one platform from which we can do almost all of our OPEX and GA payments.

What do you like best about the product?
Super fast access to your account. I love the immediate number for online purchases, and you receive your actual card within days. I also appreciate that Brex helps you keep up with your spending by offering built-in expense tracking!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues while using Brex, and there isn't anything I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a distributed team and working remotely can cause challenges for expense tracking. Brex packages it all up quite nicely! No more wasted time filling out forms or submitting reimbursement tickets.
I have had an amazing experience with Brex
What do you like best about the product?
When I opened my business account with Brex, I didn´t use it very much, but as soon as I started reading and understanding all their perks and benefits, I started using it as my day-to-day business bank account. Zero fee international and national wires. Zero fee international card payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I would have liked when I opened my account with Brex is to know their benefits, advantages and rewards. Now that I know them I regret not knowing them earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex offers bank accounts for businesses and startups. And to be honest, I won't open an account with another bank because my funds are safe, and they offer outstanding customer support. It would be much more challenging to have a business account if it wasn't for Brex
Love using Brex for work expenses!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is so easy to use and makes doing expenses painless. I love how easy the app is to use. As soon as you make an expense it alerts you and you easily can take a picture and do your expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time! Brex is very easy to use!

Expenses are easily tracked and easy to update.
User friendly, modern experience for business transactions!
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is user-friendly, making transactions easily identifiable with options to upload receipts and include memos. I also enjoy that I have the option to use a virtual card or a physical card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about Brex. Although I believe the product is already good, knowing that Brex is continuously working to improve their product services only adds to my trust in them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My understanding is that Brex was working on itemizing transactions in multiple expenses, which will help in the future when I have several different purchases for property maintenance.

It's super user-friendly. Everything is super straightforward. We haven't had any issue using the platform.

There's nothing that I dislike so far. Everything has been super effiencient.

We are going to start using it for employee expenses. It will alleviate the use of a different platform.
No issues when using the card, better than expected
What do you like best about the product?
The freedom to use the card in my digital wallet and the fact there are no monthly fees.

Since I haven't had any issues while using the card, I can't think of any downsides or dislikes.

As an employee I can't really comment on any problems that have been solved but it benefits me by keeping a record of my transactions that is easily accessible.
Managing Cash Flow like a PRO
What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes it easy to manage cash flow by dynamically linking our bank balance to credit limits. Simple onboarding allows us to quickly activate users. Having a virtual card in addition to a physical card allows me to separate expenses and limit possible fraud. Many free perks through Brex partners provide valuable offers to a startup
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 1 glitch thus far: when I suspected fraud and terminated my card, it took a week to receive a replacement card. Other credit card companies immediately overnight a replacement card with next day delivery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows us to offer credit cards without all the typical hassle of bank credit cards. They have simplified the entire process. Anything that removes friction for a startup is valuable.
Great card for small companies! Great rewards! Superior Customer Service! Easy to use UI.
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great card for small companies. The Brex card has great rewards and the User Interface for both the website and the app are super easy to use. All I need to do is open the app and snap a photo of the receipt and it attaches it to the charge. I know finance has had their job made easier by switching to Brex. No more chasing people for receipts to match up
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not a fan of having to pay for new cards everytime a new employee comes on board who needs one. I would think with the amount we charge to the account, those would be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex does not require a personal guarantee which is helpful and I like that we have a good amount of time to pay of the balance.
