So much easier than our old way

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is the most beneficial because it allows our Field Marketing team to create a budget from which we can deduct. Submitting expenses is 100x more straightforward than in our old platform, and I could not recommend Brex enough. The amount of time it saves alone (not to mention the easy-to-navigate UI) makes this the best platform I've used. Booking flights, hotels, and rental cars on one platform is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything I don't like about it yet. It's easier to do, allows the travel team to see how much budget we have left for our trip, and streamlines the reimbursement process. There isn't anything I've seen yet that would make me want to say anything negative about Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking travel to trade shows and keeping track of all expenses. The old system we used was very cumbersome and "clunky" and Brex is just an all-around great product for what our team uses it for.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has a tremendously good user interface. Sending wires, reviewing expenses and conciliating accounts is simple and easy to do. I love the cashback experience they offer with cards. Activating new cards for team members is very simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more money investment options in the platfrom. I think Brex is still lacking robust financial products to generate returns over the money deposited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Brex solves corporate card management in companies. Issuing cards for new hires and people in different roles is difficult in traditional banks. Brex makes it easy.
2. Monitoring company expenses and cash management is also a pain Brex solves. The user interface let's us monitor precisely what each area is spending and what they are spending it on. Also, financial conciliation is easy because it is integrated with slack, and uploading invoices and receipts is super simple. Usual financial housekeeping has never been easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything :)

Well, almost everything in any case.

1. Rewards program: The best part of Brex is their comprehensive and non-negligible cashback points on every usage of their credit cards.

2. Unlimited dynamic credit cards: Brex provides unlimited credit cards with dynamic limits and restrictions, so cards can be created for individual users as well as for particular applications with specific limits (like Cloud, Airline, Cab, Bills, etc.)

3. A robust user and role management system: As an administrator of my account, this has been especially helpful.

4. Strong 24x7 multi-channel support is available: Very important and useful

5. Clean, feature rich UI: Quite uncommon in the banking world

6. Money market investment of the cash: Is available elsewhere, but nevertheless good.

7. High insurance coverage: In the era of stressed banks, Brex divides the money into many accounts to minimize risk. Can be a minor point in case of no crisis, but could also become a life saver.

8. Accessible CEO: Very, very rare among banks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, recently, they reduced the redemption multiplier for their rewards program without intimation. This left most customers unpleasantly suprised because the points were accumulated when the higher multiplier was applicable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to realtime unlimited card creation with dynamic limits, Brex is very helpful in expense and spending management and tracking.

The great UI also helps in categorization and keeping track of all receipts.

The Brex app is also too good, with features like invoice attachment, and above all, a great UI there as well.

Great bank with amazing customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is great, 24/7. In the one situation where they didn't know the answer off-hand , I got a reply within 12 hours.

I also really like the free international wire transfers. This has saved me a ton of money as I have to make a lot of wires for logistics, suppliers, etc. I've also noticed their ACH transfers are quicker than traditional banks as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
They devalued points after I signed up.... 40% devaluation. That's one of the reasons I signed up. Competitors like airbase and ramp have better rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to both save money and manage spending on different cards and with all the virtual card features, I don't have to worry as much about fraud or other issues. They've also helped my business save a lot of money.

Great Platform for Startup Banking

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use to create new creditcards for subscriptions, etc. I use it to manage all my expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I really dislike. I still use a bank account, so maybe we should switch all-in one day. But I like everything in general!

Maybe more benefits like a network of fellow founders in my sector would be great1
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Credit Cards.
Managing expenses.

Haven't done accounting through brex yet, but that would be great if they could help me with that!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to immediately use my Brex funds and to use the learning funds to support my professional growth has been especially helpful. I have been able to focus on my personal growth while simultaneously working on my professional growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to write memos for every transaction can be a bit tedious but it takes maybe 5 seconds or so to complete and then the purchase is approved. Definitely not a deal breaker for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to my learning funds and my lifestyle budget has made it so much easier to get what I need in real-time.

Best service for companies looking to have company cards.

What do you like best about the product?
I began using Brex after being onboarded as the IT Lead. My position involves frequently making purchases at different retailers and suppliers. Using my Brex card makes the purchasing process easy and straightforward. Even after making my purchase, it couldn't be simpler to look at individual transactions, write a memo for each and attach a receipt, all from the same page! Brex is fantastic at telling me the merchant I purchased with, which always minimizes confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little for me to say about Brex that I don't like or think could be worked on. Regarding the functionality of their website and software, I have no complaints about my user experience. On the other hand, I find the website somewhat lackluster and monotonous when using it. I believe this is because the webpage is entirely white and black (Or black and white if you have dark mode) and the only color coming from the Merchant logos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to my need to order items for work, both online and in person, having Brex allows me the readiness to make a purchase when needed. Brex does this by giving me a physical card to make in-person purchases at all stores accepting cards. For purchases made online, Brex created a virtual card with all the necessary information to input online for purchases. Brex also gives me a complete history of all the assets and transactions with either card. This gives me an entire timeline of all the transactions completed on my account, allowing me to back track in case a situation arises.

What do you like best about the product?
The website is very user-friendly, and my accountant can easily add money to my card. I can easily upload pictures and categorize transactions from the website or my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything wrong to say about using Brex; I am an employe with a card I use to pay for expenses; all I have to do is make sure I have enough money on my card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There no problems that I am aware of at this time. Everything I use Brex for works as it's supposed to. The service already benefits me greatly, and I don't see any need for any changes.
