Excellent Banking Product.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Friendly and intuitive interface. Transactions are completed quickly. Wires are free, including international, making paying vendors much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, at his point, nothing. Like I said great overall product

Basic Business Banking. Great over all product and free payments is the winning formula.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, physical card arrives quickly, virtual card is available straight away. Cards are suitable for Apple Pay
The dashboard is very user friendly and my accountants are happy to use Brex for administrative purposes.
They don't bother you with useless emails and comunications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote team and everyone got its brex card quickly to manage work-related expenses.
Review expenses is very quickly, I do it just after I spend some money and our accountants are happy.

Digital and physical cards -- easy to submit expenses

No personal credit card points are available

Buying items or services on behalf of the company, and expensing them
Brex is a great tool for business travel!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Brex has been great for our company, especially on travel. We're able to categorize all our spend and also easily request reimbursements on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be useful to have a way to bulk a type of transaction like ad spend on Facebook.

It's helping us manage spend and categorize it easily for accounting.

I love how easy the website is to maneuver! It is great for my business needs and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Reimbursement has too many steps for the user.

Spending transparency within the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Very convenience service. Easy to replace or cancel card when needed (I lose things). App is very simple and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really, but service sometimes has been a bit slow, doesn't matter since most things can be resolved via the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often have sudden need for parts and other solutions and Brex lets us buy things for business quickly and with ease of uploading receipts etc.

Easy and friendly, very detailed and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing about Brex is the budget approvals, but as long as your organization does that quickly everything should be pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not making expenses out of my pocket, and waiting until the end of month and approval for reimbursement.
So far really great!

Ease of categorizing expenses, and ability to see what's been approved and what still needs my attention

Nothing yet, other than sometimes the text reminders are annoying if it's e.g. a payment that clears over the weekend.

Amount of time our acocunting and finance team spend categorizing expenses and bugging people for receipts
Practical and simple to use every day!
What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspect of Brex is that it has all the features you need in one app. I appreciate the budget info and how it makes me aware of the groups' spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside of Brex I found to not work well for me is when I go to type a note or memo after adding a photo of the receipt; it will force automatic text that I then need to retype.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps with budgeting with my group's monthly budget and being aware of our daily expenses. After setting up alerts, I have been able to stay informed of purchases and any potential fraud.
