I like Brex
What do you like best about the product?
Brex works quickly and seamlessly, and I get a text notification when a charge goes through, allowing us to monitor the vendor's performance and the total expenses incurred!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't come up with a reason to dislike Brex; it has worked out for us as we build up our company. Vendors like Amazon and Thermo take Brex and we have had no problems getting our orders met!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small company and do not have an ordering department or a person to do ordering or to keep track of our orders. Brex fills in this role for us, making our lives easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is a true no-hassle financial stack for my company. We use Brex card for all our expenses, and the integrated expenses software is perfect for bookkeeping at EOY. Brex card and their reward points are also actually worthwhile. Very intuitive and clean UX too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say treasury management and the yield (but I assume that depends from account to account bases).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me a fast, modern, hassle-free banking and credit card experience that has everything I need for my company's lifecycle (expenses, employee cards, book management, yield) for the first couple of years. Will find out more as we grow!

How accurate and helpful their team is. They have been amazing to work with and I look forward to working with them going forward as much as possible. Best company ever!

The ease of use. So easy to make payments and see transaction history. Also very easy to give access to team.

There is not one single thing that I dislike about brex. It is amazing.

Brex solves our expense management needs. Its the credit card we use for purchasing as well as facilitating cash payments and bill paying.
Great card and app
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, even with a virtual card only. Love ease of the app for tracking expenses too!

Nothing so far. Great to have added text security alerts as well.

Brex is a great tool for expense management.
Flawless platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that Brex knows what type of reimburstment I'm asking for using only the establishment name. Easy to track pending reimburstments and history too
What do you dislike about the product?
not enough education about mobile version, I keep having to emailing myself copies of my receipts to upload to my reimburstment claims

Getting reimbursed from out of pocket expenses is really easy

Ease of account opening and easy interface

Inability to withdraw cash from ATM. No points on credit card transactions made for real world transactions
