Good banking and support experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and mostly accepted all throughout my transactions and what have I.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not have the ability to update company billing address as per limitations and or rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier way of making transactions and purchases online.
Easy to use expense management platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple. They've made it really easy and straightforward to upload a receipt and add a brief explanation under each expense. I even set up texts alerts whenever a new charge is placed on my account, so I'm able to just reply to the text with a picture of my receipt and it's automatically attached to that expense. They also offer a really good referral bonus for sharing Brex with other organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have much to say here. As an end user of Brex I haven't ever had problems with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it super easy for me to stick to budgets and track expenses. I have a corporate card through Brex that I can use for all business expenses, which saves me a ton of time from having to use a personal card, then submit a reimbursement request.
The easiest expense platform I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The modern, mobile-friendly interface is intuitive and makes filling out expenses so much easier than a clunky platform that's only available on a desktop. I like that it prompts you for more information when needed and doesn't rely on you knowing when you have to add a receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications can be a little too frequent. Reminders for tasks are sent seemingly soon after the initial task notification is sent. I think there's room for improvement here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get reimbursed for business expenses incurred during business travel or one-off things that require reimbursement. It makes it so that I get reimbursed very quickly.

Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The UI and UX of the product are great; it is super clear what my transactions are, where they come from and what the status is if I need to add a memo or a receipt. They keep it simple, but at the same time, they highlight things when required to take the user's attention. The physical cards look great, and the security of the weeb follows the highest security standards with 2-time verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never had problems with Brex, and the only time I had to contact them was immediately resolved via email support. Honestly, I didn't believe email support would be that fast, but It was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is used at my company as a business card for work-related expenses, such as trying new software, events, lunches, flights, etc. As Brx provides, a physical and virtual card is convenient to use.

The accessibility iblity features and notification options. It is very easy to track payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how to use the remote card vs the physical card, I thought they were one card.

Brex makes my expense reporting easy without making me think revisit my expenses at the end of an expense period.

Sometimes it is so easy to report expenses that I will report before the credit card payment is posted.

Keeps track of my expenses and does it in a way that I don't have to come back later and figure things out.
Modern banking experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient credit card functionality. Setting team member limits, checking subscriptions made by team. UX is great. Product is moving really fast I can almost see changes rolling out live which is great. Dedicated support is helpful and really cares about customers, listens to feedback which is later reflected in the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few usability improvements are needed in Brex Cash e.g multiple accounts for each receiver, more controls when sending the wire e.g. set correspondent manually etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature where you can lock the vendor cards and no need to worry about cancelling the subscription from each tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be better if they could give card managemet rights separated from card creation rights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a single source of truth for all the expenses, and helps me manage the spend. I don't have to cancel the subscription but directly can cancel the cards.
